Case Studies Quantum Dawn2 was a cyber security exercise to test incident to a wall-street-wide cyber attack. http://nuari.org/ In July 2013, the Norwich University Applied Research Institutes (NUARI) teamed up with exchanges, broker- dealers, the SEC, Department of Homeland Security, and utility companies in US equity markets to simulate a range of cyber attacks that could potentially impact not only individual market participants, but also the market as a whole. 500 individuals took part in the simulation.
