(Nominated for Chairman Award) Crowd source work environment trends that resulted in more effective work environment planning and strategy. United Way Flash Mob thought leader which resulted in over 4000 hits it’s first day on iConnect breaking records. Gamification thought leader driving greater work engagement, accountability, performance for remote workers. Grow Your Career site creator changing the way Hartford Employees see career development - had more than 2000 hits in it’s first 60 days. I track site activity and produce analytics to decision makers that help The Hartford better listen to the voice of the Employee without administering surveys. Info-Graphic advocate connecting training professionals with creative services to better simplify complex information through images. My Stop Document Dumping campaign has reduced countless hours of lost productivity by reducing e-mail jail for employees all over the Enterprise! Powerful Language project with CEM&S poised to drive customer loyalty through the roof!

10. I’m after a degree in Cultural Anthropology The study of how human culture develops, changes and influences human behavior is my best aligned field of study to my passion . Currently I am pursuing this degree program through San Diego City College with a transfer program to UCSD.

11. I found my path by … Developing a discipline of constant book reading. Becoming slightly obsessed with Self-Development and Personal Goal setting. Watching Documentaries about Change in the real world. Connecting myself to extremely passionate people by strategic follows on Twitter, Ted.com & blogs. Executed a personal life transformation agenda and published it through blogs and pictures on Facebook driving a 700+ friend count virally. Was invited to be a co-subject in a story segment on a popular New York based blog (GoodLifer.com) where I documented going Raw Vegan for 90 days. Found ways to bring my learning's into my work at The Hartford so that my hours of practice in both places would ultimately make me an outlier.
