Plan for Success! Monitor and Measure for GuidanceEnroll America
Slides from a webinar on October 29, 2014. Taking a data-driven approach to consumer outreach is one of Enroll America’s core strategies to meet consumers where they are and with the information they need. In preparation for the second open enrollment period (OE2), Enroll America updated its outreach model. Our outreach model supports our national campaign, Get Covered America, and allows us to focus our conversations and events on consumers who are most likely to be uninsured. In this webinar, we were excited to share with partners what our model update means for conducting outreach during OE2 and beyond. Participants also heard about what can be done to ensure that outreach planning and implementation is as effective as possible. This webinar is appropriate for enrollment stakeholders interested in learning more about how data and evaluation can drive successful outreach and enrollment efforts.

The prototype of a solar car has a electric motor with capacity of 1,2 kW and 12volt 4 amount, accumulator and it is charged by solar energy. The surface field of the solar panel which can get a power up to 1,2 kw is 6 m2.

As a Leader I Pledge: My core values are trust, hard work, and work life balance. Trust is very important in my book because of the fact that nothing can be accomplished successfully without a trustful team. I can not lead an unloyalw team, that does not have a foundation of trustworthiness. I believe everyone has the ability to work hard if they are passionate about something and I think one should only work with what they are love. Hard work a.

For young professionals, having a mentor is often encouraged and touted; however, knowing how to find and effectively engage in such relationships is not necessarily easy or intuitive. This panel draws on primary and secondary research funded by the Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations, the expertise of an employee engagement expert, and a public relations professional with experience in both corporate and agency settings to help attendees better understand and navigate mentoring relationships. Panelists will share both personal experiences and research insights derived from a survey of more than 400 millennial PR professionals; interviews with 50+ PR professionals and students across five countries; and a review of nearly 200 mentoring studies and articles. Specific topics include best organizational and interpersonal mentoring practices, mentoring’s role in growing diverse organizations and mentoring’s connection to leadership development.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Define what research tells us about mentorship’s value to PR practitioners in both the U.S. and abroad, and its link to PR leadership.
• Reflect on the different kinds of mentors (personal, academic, professional) and will learn about the importance of mentorship in growing diverse, inclusive workplaces.
• Analyze the 10 best organizational and interpersonal mentoring practices and will receive practical tips and advice for building and fostering them.
Features public relations professionals:

The

the

Today’s

I
believe
individuals

when
core
values

translated
into

that
illustrate
what
each

in

Organizational

7. I build development programs
that focus on experiential learning
Whether

hooping
or
playing
soccer,
we
learn
best
as
we
directly
engage
in
the

Likewise,
effective
organizational
development
occurs
when
participants
get

Coursework
begins
the
learning
process.
Coaching

9. I innovate
I
look
beyond
the
typical
answers
and
methods
when
I
lead
the
projects
I’m
tasked
with.
This
approach
fosters
creativity
and
innovation
in
the

I
am

about
the

or

corporate

to
become
world-‐class
leaders
through
values-‐

10. I manage projects
I
