- Preparation of the annual sales plan for all areas of sales and follow-up investigation.
- Prepare annual marketing plan for the branch to stimulate sales.
- Supervision and control of the full application of Call Center in the branch.
- Follow-up and control the movement of Hot & Cold Water Dispensers in the market.
Job Description:
• Develop plans for annual and monthly sales.
• Develop annual marketing and promotional plan.
• Follow up the preparation and installation of billboards with advertising
companies and advertising authorities.
• General supervision of the sales crews and follow up of their dialy activities
• Review the individual daily sales report and prepare the branch daily sales report.
• Review the loaded products of each vehicle meets the daily sales requirement.
• Confirm the daily targets are met, and confirm all un covered targets are added
seperately to the consecutive day's target for the same area for each product
seperately.
• Provide a monthly sales report to the General Manager.
• Make market study on the development and selling shares of competing products in
the market.
• To open new markets periodically.
• Create a spirit of cooperation and understanding between members of the sales team
to achieve the objectives of the company sales.
• Hire new staffs and give training.
• Ensure product on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Take care of the sales vehicle and ensure their periodic maintenance are done.
