Business leadership, a success
factor within organizations

In the global context that we face every day, it is necessary
that leadership is an issue of vital importance, since it is
related to the success or failure to achieve or not achieve
the objectives set or defined within organizations and their
projects. Especially in the context of a company or an
organization where there is in turn a tendency to consider
leadership as different management and where leaders are
not called to generate reports based on values, ideals and
emotional exchanges process changes. It is for this reason
that a leader has produced a key role in generating a
positive emotional climate necessary to mobilize the best of
their subordinates.
The leader has the role of honestly express their own
values ​​and attune with the emotions of the people around him.
Many authors claim that leadership is the ability to influence a
group to achieve its goals. This concept involves a kind of
power relations that are established in order to achieve the
defined objectives; it should be noted that the fact influence
others arises not necessarily formal structures identified in an
organization. In this sense, a leader must solve complex
problems and must take steps to resolve situations loosely
structured high level of effectiveness skills. In this order of
ideas, the concept of leadership is dynamic and it evolves in
as new elements involved in its definition. However, it also
points out that no matter what or how many elements
involved, you can always enhance the relationship of
influence between the leader and his followers by involving
processes that aims to reach the results that are shared.
Today's organizations face significant challenges from new
options markets and the impact of information technology and
communications, which are causing drastic changes that
impact not only traditional relationships face to face
leadership, but impose new physical separation conditions
that undoubtedly impact on traditional models to manage.
That is why the leader should forget about the traditional view
and should be seen as a change agent with skills, attitudes,
knowledge, personal skills and leadership for changing
deliberately or spontaneous dynamics immobilizer balance in
organizations. Indeed from this perspective organizations
today are seen as systems, it can be inferred that the leader in
this century should enhance learning ability, both
organizationally and personally, to achieve change relatively
stable individual processes and organizational from previous
experiences.
Enhance learning in their sensitivity leaders to anticipate
changes, in turn anticipate reading through a global
context. These processes move systems to emerge more
consistent repertoires with the circumstances of the
moment, an effect that only occurs in organizations whose
flexibility allows. In summary leader's ability to visualize the
future, it must be accompanied by the necessary powers to
establish trusting relationships with its employees, who
increasingly will be more diverse, where even today there
is talk of the need to develop multicultural skills, as the
leader should be aware that organizations require collective
work and can not exist without it or face the challenge of
competition.
It is for these reasons that organizations should not settle
for classical forms of administering, but look for market
opportunities, focusing on strategic innovation, be flexible
and efficient with information technology, maintain and
strengthen the mission and values, fight to get the
leadership in the segment in order to compete globally and
give value to the customer beyond their expectations. They
must meet and promote the development of employees,
first emphasizing retention and training of its employees, in
order to give a superb service that ultimately generate
profits searched.
In conclusion, among the strategies to good leadership should be
considered as business success requires the ability to plan, monitor
and evaluate processes, a strategist thought that captures the entire
operation of the organization and processes and the use of theories
and tools appropriate to project the compelling image of a desired state
of things, the kind of image that causes them to other enthusiasm and
sense of commitment, this is inseparable from effective leadership. The
business leader is an animator for human and administrative integral
processes in the organization, which takes into account people and
their abilities to support various business processes, without preference
or devaluations, try to be fair with all staff, gather people whose
capabilities are suitable for both production processes and for the
organization and quality and environmental human and social aspects,
and should communicate that mission, so that they consider worthwhile
participate in that company.

Business leadership, a success factor within organizations

In the global context that we face every day, it is necessary that leadership is an issue of vital importance, since it is related to the success or failure to achieve or not achieve the objectives set or defined within organizations and their projects. Especially in the context of a company or an organization where there is in turn a tendency to consider leadership as different management and where leaders are not called to generate reports based on values, ideals and emotional exchanges process changes. It is for this reason that a leader has produced a key role in generating a positive emotional climate necessary to mobilize the best of their subordinates.
  • 3. The leader has the role of honestly express their own values ​​and attune with the emotions of the people around him. Many authors claim that leadership is the ability to influence a group to achieve its goals. This concept involves a kind of power relations that are established in order to achieve the defined objectives; it should be noted that the fact influence others arises not necessarily formal structures identified in an organization. Today's organizations face significant challenges from new options markets and the impact of information technology and communications, which are causing drastic changes that impact not only traditional relationships face to face leadership, but impose new physical separation conditions that undoubtedly impact on traditional models to manage. That is why the leader should forget about the traditional view and should be seen as a change agent with skills, attitudes, knowledge, personal skills and leadership for changing deliberately or spontaneous dynamics immobilizer balance in organizations. Indeed from this perspective organizations today are seen as systems, it can be inferred that the leader in this century should enhance learning ability, both organizationally and personally, to achieve change relatively stable individual processes and organizational from previous experiences.

These processes move systems to emerge more consistent repertoires with the circumstances of the moment, an effect that only occurs in organizations whose flexibility allows. It is for these reasons that organizations should not settle for classical forms of administering, but look for market opportunities, focusing on strategic innovation, be flexible and efficient with information technology, maintain and strengthen the mission and values, fight to get the leadership in the segment in order to compete globally and give value to the customer beyond their expectations. They must meet and promote the development of employees, first emphasizing retention and training of its employees, in order to give a superb service that ultimately generate profits searched.
  • 7. In conclusion, among the strategies to good leadership should be considered as business success requires the ability to plan, monitor and evaluate processes, a strategist thought that captures the entire operation of the organization and processes and the use of theories and tools appropriate to project the compelling image of a desired state of things, the kind of image that causes them to other enthusiasm and sense of commitment, this is inseparable from effective leadership. The business leader is an animator for human and administrative integral processes in the organization, which takes into account people and their abilities to support various business processes, without preference or devaluations, try to be fair with all staff, gather people whose capabilities are suitable for both production processes and for the organization and quality and environmental human and social aspects, and should communicate that mission, so that they consider worthwhile participate in that company.
