What is a personal brand • Personal branding, by definition, is the process by which we market ourselves to others • Your personal brand is all about who you are and what you want to be known for • Perception is Reality • Everyone one of us is a brand – whether you like it or not “In order to be irreplaceable one must be different” Anonymous, of French origin
  • 8. Who are your role models? Think about someone that you look up to: • Why do you look up to them? • What 5 words would you use to describe them? • What is it that they actually do to make you describe them in this way?

  3. CF Perception is reality. Your brand is being created all the time – how people are experiencing you on a daily basis, in every interaction, every meeting is impacting their perception of you. How many of you think about how you come into the office of a morning? How do you show up? What’s it like when someone comes into the office dragging their feet? What’s the impact on the team? What about when someone comes bounding in full of beans? Does it impact the team differently? With this knowledge, turn to the person next to you and describe how you are going to walk into work on Monday.
