BUILD A BRAND CALL YOU

Brand is the image of the product in the market. Personality branding is the
understanding of one’s preferred behavior and how its impact the communication and
social behavior.
Objective of personality branding is to acquire insight and awareness in to self and
one interpersonal and interpersonal orientation. It also helps you to learn the art of saying
no using assertive behavior.
Branding ourselves helps to recognize the power of using right word and to develop
skill for building and maintaining the relationship at work and social settings.
Concept of personal branding
Personal Branding helps to build the Personal value. It strengthens your relationship
with the people to whom you interact. This creates the life that is more success and
fulfilling
Key elements
Important elements which are playing major role in branding yourself are
competitiveness, standard and last but not least it is style.
  Competitiveness
Competitors are those who drive us or they are the one like speed
breakers for growth. Here competitiveness means your profile should not be competitor
for your vision
Building a profile that you can able to find is more important.”For
example if you have a problem of fainting whenever you see blood, you can’t
become a doctor”. So always choose a profile which helps you to achieve your vision.
 Standard
In General the word standard denotes “class” or “stage”. Today’s world
people‘s judge you based upon your class. Personal Standards are more important
because it will attract people .Here behaviors plays a major role. Based on this standards
are calculated. Behaviors are classified in to Aggressive, Submissive and Assertive.
Aggressive
Aggressive behavior is the one which arises mostly in situation of argument and
discussions. This kind of behavior always creates impact of what we thought is right and
other are wrong. This is the worst case behavior. It leads us to wrong approach which
weakens our relationship with others.
Example speeches like: “What! Are you arguing with me!! How dare you”!!!
 Submissive
Persons with Submissive behaviors will suppress his/her feeling while other people have
greater rights than them. Even though they have valuable points they cant express .As a
result of this they can’t get what they like to achieve.
Example:”In business point of view if a manager didn’t express the difficulty of
achieving the target due to his team members. He can’t make them work smart
Assertiveness
Assertiveness is the positive way of approaching the issue. This is the most
appreciatable behavior both in corporate and public sector. Because it makes you to
understand your customers position and also treat them in a positive manner to solve the issue
fastly without error.
“A perfect example for this behavior is if a manager not satisfies with his subordinate work
he can say John, I don't like the way you said that”.

STYLE
Style helps you to show your identity .It also clearly shows in what way you differ from
others. Example- Enthusiastic, Extrovert, Deliberate, Free spirit, Energetic etc. Style will
be effective only if competitiveness and standards get established.

How to Measure your brand???
You can measure your Brand in three ways. Through your expectations,
Experience, Observation and Brand Equity.
Expectation
It is the level of thinking about you from others point of view. This may
   lead to satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
For example if customer expectation is fulfilled he/she will be satisfied by the
managers role else it may lead to dissatisfaction.
Experience
It plays a vital role while measuring the brand. Because all the positive and
negative energy in each individual is based upon experience. For an example if a
person is willing to participate in a race may be due to his participation in college
level or his knowledge about the game(positive energy) . If he didn’t like to
participate it may be due to past bad effects (negative energy) .All the small activities
like learning, participating gives you the experience.
Observation
A Good listener can perform his/her duties with 100% satisfaction.
SUCESS not only explores our hard work but also explores our brand to outside
   world.
Brand Equity
Brand Equity of individual can be measured using following formula
                      Brand Equity=Expectation*Experience*Observation
Each factor should be good in every individual then only their brand
   value will be in hike.
From the above article you can clearly understand the concept
of personal branding .Elements which supports to build the brand and the
methodology to calculate your own personal values

People always prefers branded items because Branded items satisfy the
customers in a way they want .Likewise If you build “ A BRAND” for yourself you
will be “CALLED ” by the customers (corporate) to satisfy your need through their
needs for leading them in all their own winning ways.
