OBJECTIVES
Objective of this report is to analyze the usage of blowObjective of this report is to analyze the usage of blow
room lineup. This is also to analyze the flow chart of aroom lineup. This is also to analyze the flow chart of a
blow room of an ideal industry.blow room of an ideal industry.
Blow Room: Blow room consists a number of machines used on
succession to open and clean the cotton fiber. About 40% to 70% trash
is removed in blow-room section
The blow room is must needed type section of a spinning factory
where different type of works are done like fibre opening, cleaning and
some other further acts which is needed to boost up the yarn quality.

INTRODUCTION
OBJECTIVE OF
BLOW ROOM
1. Opening:
a) To open the compressed bales of fibres.
b) To make the cotton tuft as small as far as possible.
2. Cleaning:
To remove dirt, dust, broken seeds, broken leaves, and other
foreign materials from the fibre.
3. Mixing & Blending:
To make good value of yarn and to decrease production cost mixing
and blending is done.
4. Lap or flocks formation:
To transfer opened and cleaned fibre into sheet form of definite
width and length which is called lap or in modern system directly
feed to the carding machine into flocks form.

TRUTZSCHLER
SPINNING
Trutzschler is a family owned globally operating company group with
production facilities and service branches in all large textile centers.
The Trutzschler Group is active in two different areas
It provides machines for spinning preparation and the nonwoven
industry.

BLOW ROOM
LINEUP OF
TRUTZSCHLER
The unique Trutzschler compact concept realizes high
performance with minimum space requirement. Thus they can
produce 1,200 kg/h or 2,000 kg/h with only one line even during
365-day operation. Whether they are planning to expand
production in existing facilities or in a new building, the reduced
space requirement of our compact blow room will definitely save
space costs.
On smaller dimensioned new buildings, this naturally also
applies to subsequent running costs.
The secret of the tremendous space economics of Trutzschler
compact installations lies in four components.

Bale Opener
Automatic Bale Opener BLENDOMAT BO-A:
In terms of bale lay-down and work-off, the BLENDOMAT BO-A
ensures maximum flexibility when processing: Production capacity up
to 2,000 kg/h
Work-off of 1 to 3 bale groups
Selective work-off on one or both sides
Lay-down (up to 200 bales) for long, unattended operation (up to
three lines simultaneously)
Processing of different bale heights
Free working area to lay down a complete -reserve set of bales:
Working width max. 2,300 mm and machine length of 50 m and more
Constant production level in both travel directions
Opening with optimum quality chain
11
CONTINUE…
Two opening rolls ensure uniform production and tuft size
Separate lay-down of different cotton qualities in different lines is
possible
Direct work-off of components with tuft-blended qualities
Simple and secure operation
Fully automated bale work-off
Automatic adaptation of travel speed
Intuitive operation and touch screen overview
Minimal maintenance
Work area secured by light barrier system

CLEANER
Cleaner CLEANOMAT and Opener TUFTOMAT:
The cleaners of the CLEANOMAT series, with 1 or 3 cleaning rolls,
are the most successful in the world. The reason: They offer a high
degree of cleaning with minimum fibre loss. Even a saving of just
1% of raw material costs through greater yield of good fibres
enables rapid amortisation of the Trützschler Cleaner.

MIXER
The optimal solution for every mixing task
Trützschler mixing systems offer individual solutions for every
spinning mill and every task in the area of single component staple
fiber mixing. Improved economic efficiency due to direct coupling of
cleaner and mixer
Tailor-made mixer sizes for every application
Maximum homogeneity due to controlled, reproducible mixing
Uniform product appearance by optimising the mixture

FORIEGN
PART
SEPARATOR
Within the framework of an optimal spinning mill preparation,
Trützschler offers a complete, modular system for detection and
safe separation of foreign parts without high fibre losses. The most
effective protection here consists of two stages: One for the
separation of metals, heavy parts and burning material at the start of
the cleaner line and one for the specific separation of foreign parts
(foreign fibres) at the end of the cleaning line. The wide range of
Trützschler special machines makes it possible here to find the ideal
configuration for each line:

TUFT BLENDER
Tuft Blender:
Modern tuft blending installations hold a key position in the value
chain, because blending faults often become obvious only after
finishing. A loss of product at this advanced production stage makes
all previous production expenses pointless and is thus a "full cost".
That is why the Trützschler tuft blending concept relies on
reproducible top blend quality. The self-monitoring system ensures
the perfect speed when blending natural and synthetic fibers of
different lengths, finenesses and colours.

CONTROL
SYSTEM
Control System:
The Electronic Installation Control LC-I has been specially
developed by Trutzschler for using in spinning mills. Its electronics
is insensible to dusty air, humidity and high temperatures. The LC-I
coordinates the functions of the individual machines and controls
the material transport of the entire installation fully automatically.
Malfunctions in the installation or individual machines are
graphically displayed, thus allowing quick and specific reactions. All
safety-relevant functions such as emergency stop and door safeties
are hardware wired; this ensures a particularly high level of fail-safe
performance.

LAST WORD
As an international group in the competitive global arena, trutzschler’s
products are constantly subject to changing times. Latest technologies,
raw materials, development and production methods are applied to live
up to the changing and growing demands of their customers.
Continuous innovation is a long-term mission of the Trutzschler Group.
