facilitators by 9pm pervious day
4. Create own SMART goals and share the same with their
facilitators by 9pm previous day

4. Basis feedback learners will be given 10 minutes to make
their SMART goals more powerful
5. Share them links to 2 more videos on SMART goals and ask
them to prepare for RECAP quiz next day
