course
◦ Include quiz and short questions after completion of every unit
◦ The Segment or unit should be of a shorter duration 2-15 minutes to encourage
learner’s retention
◦ Breakdown the pieces of information to be conveyed in every segment
◦ Assign collaborative problem solving tasks
◦ Extend technical support to the learner as and when required
