 Establish and implement sales plan for assigned territory in collaboration with Business Planning, Finance

sell thru (Secondary Sales), competition and segmentation, analyze, interpret and present data to senior
leadership.
 Develop sales strategies as desired within each sector (Sub Dealers (MBO), Direct Dealers (MBO), Regional
Specialty Stores, PTP and Brand Shoppe) to achieve sales target.
 Have strong product knowledge (Self and competitors) in comparison to have a competitive advantage.
 Enhancing Sales efficiency by handling complaints regarding Service, and other sales related issues.
 Scheme preparation and implementation with respect to the competitors.
 Monitoring SSE’s (Store Sales Executive) discipline on floor, and tracking Sales v/s Target report.

 Configuring the higher end modems.
 Handling the pointing of antenna, hardware maintenance, uploading all Software and using of telnet.
 Installing of VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) and checking the connectivity from HUB end.
 Managing ATMs with connectivity on high priority.
 Attending to and resolve all calls as per the prescribed Time lines set by HO.
 Undertaking preventive maintenance of all sites assigned, as per priority set by the Territory Manager.
