agents.
Monitoring and managing inbound deliveries from suppliers and factories to project sites or warehouses.
Overseeing the overall Front Line Logistics Budget and monitoring the cost effectiveness of activities in
order to optimize resources and priorities spending.
Establishing targets in areas such as transit and delivery times, inventory levels, logistics service
purchasing, warehousing costs and service standards; plus providing them the tools to monitor the
performance of supply and logistics performance against these goals.

Directing, evaluating and developing professional staff to ensure that the organization’s logistics strategy
is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines and budgets.
Use the Expeditors Global Network to assist client in researching, negotiating, maintaining, monitoring
and regularly evaluating relationships and contracts with external suppliers so that the organization has a
reliable supply of goods and services that meet their standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Business Development: Air, Sea and Road Freight
Ensuring all customers’ standard operating procedures are being followed in line with the need
assessment conducted at the transition stage.
Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively
impact the customer’s experience.
Vendor:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers (Airlines, Trucking companies, and
Customs Brokers) and evaluate vendors at defined intervals as per company policy.
Ensuring accurate forecasting of volume projections are provided to core carriers.
Being always up to date on the current market events making sure prices are not affected.
Warehousing and Distribution:
Daily process and input of all customer orders and distribution accounts. And provide customers with
operational reports that are accurate and timely.
Review records/reports for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures.
Review records/reports to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control
records and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
Monitor daily data for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management.
Provide Warehouse stuff with necessary documents and information to complete receiving, put away,
shipping and Inventory controls.
Develop local supplier/vendor base to ensure flexibility in service offerings.
Handle customer complaints in order to identify and take corrective actions.
Measure and improve profitability of the accounts.
Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all customers.
Compliance:
Monitoring compliance to regulations at all times
Key Account Management
• Monitoring the pricing structure of clients.
• Ensuring after sales follow-up, monitor clients’ production against committed business.
