• In today’s operation of a coffee shop or a
  quick service restaurant (QSR) every
  member of staff needs to perform more
  than just ONE function
Introduction
• The objective of the ‘Barista Skills Academy’ is to
  transform each participant into a multi-tasking individual
  who will be able to perform multiple functions in a given
  restaurants/cafes’ environment:
• Coffee preparation, customer service, hygiene, selling
  skills, situation handling and confidence building are main
  areas of focus
