ealthcare professionals are increasingly faced with the daunting task of caring for a rapidly aging and
ever expanding population1 the corollary of which is increased need for chronic disease management,
home based care, and acute intervention. This is coupled with an increased number of patients living
in rural and remote areas that often lack access to required healthcare services.2,3 Taken together,
these challenges place significant stress on the healthcare system, prompting system stakeholders to
utilize resources more creatively to ensure that patient needs are met effectively.
A large body of literature illustrates the critical role telehealth technologies can play in addressing
these issues by serving as a tool to expand the reach of healthcare practitioners and access of patients
to them. The telehealth technology described in this context refers to videoconferencing only, and
although many telehealth technologies are utilized to enhance patient care

So we have the opportunity today to choose the power and freedom in Christ as opposed to slavery
through useless and destructive solutions We have escaped self deception. We realize that no amount

Only Jesus can free us from the punishment for our sins. And it is not enough that we cease to do evil,
but we must learn to do well. Our conversation will always be answerable to the principle which
guides and governs us.

National and regional HDRs aiming to address varying categories of threats and values can use the
human security approach in analyzing the topic. Previous reports based on the human security
approach have, for example, dealt with social exclusion, modernization and climate change; they have
used examples where the State has been a threat; or explored possible future threats. Human security
is a flexible approach and can be tailored to different contexts and topics, according to the specific
context. No matter which topic is addressed, a guiding principle of the human security approach is that
it requires understanding the particular threats experienced by particular groups of people, as well as
the participation of those people in the analysis process. Threats to human security can exist at all
levels of development. They can emerge slowly and silently or appear suddenly and dramatically.
Central to the approach is the idea that people have the right to live in freedom and dignity, free from
poverty and despair... with an equal opportunity to enjoy all their rights and fully develop their human
potential. 3

Asian Americans And African Americans
By the time of a century ago, Asian America has been considered lazy and stupid. So model minority
were described Asian Americans as a hard working, Well educated, successfully minority race. But
otherwise it s not the truly idea to believe in positive model minority because sometimes it s also
negative. It s happened to most of Asian Americans and they realized that, at the start point it s been
100 percent positive, but when you go along, then it will turn to be negative and sometime it s hurting
you. Even know that the result of the American based on an untruth of a model minority, the truth is
telling a different story. Consequently Asian Americans are twice as likely to be poor as non Hispanic
whites. They also have an incapacity of reading and writing rate that is five times over those non
Hispanic. So that, how could they say that Asian Americans are hard working, Well educated,
successfully minority race by looking at this situation. It s a stereotyping that hurting people by
looking down on the background, but exactly they don t. However, the half truth of the model
minority has not entirely gone off the mark. By the estimate of the bureau data Facts for Features:
Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month: May 2014 , there is some truth of thinking that American is
better educated and more successful. For example, The percentage of Native Hawaiians and Other

Punishment And Punishment Summary
Introduction
In the book Discipline and Punish, Foucault illustrates the history of the modern penal system, while
at the same time seeking to analyze punishment as a social aspect. Also, the book covers the effects of
power dynamics on the penalty. The book begins with an analysis of the historical situations before
the 18th Century when the primary forms of punishment administration were public execution and
corporal punishment. Investigations regarding criminal offenses were mainly carried out through
torture (Crisp, 2003). The penalties were ceremonial and directed towards the body of the prisoner; the
audience was necessary during the ritual. The public executions were considered to the kingdom as
they established the authority and power of the king. During the 18th Century, there were many
agitations for reforms on punishments. The reformists got the motivations from the need for the
considerations of the prisoner s welfare. Foucault and other people thought that the system was not
taking care of the well being, and hence there was a need to make operations of power more efficient.
The agitations led to the proposal of a theater of punishment where a complex system of
representations was publicly displayed. The sentences were related to the crimes and hence
discouraged people from lawbreaking.
An Overview of Foucault s Approaches
Foucault s approaches to punishment followed three significant ideas including the spectacle of the
scaffold; generalized punishment; and panopticism. The following is an overview of the three
ideologies.
The spectacle of scaffold
Despite the fact that the French penal ordinance set out very harsh penalties against punishment, there
was still a gap between theory and the punitive practice (Foucault, The spectacle of the scaffold,
2008). The exercise of torture and public execution were no longer frequently administered as forms
of punishment. However, use of torture as a considerable part of penalty still existed. In this
perspective, torture refers to an exact measurable amount of pain through the investment of the
economy of power. The use of torture was meant to be a tool for revealing the truth, which would be
