My leadership style is a combination of two of the leadership styles mentioned in this module. The
transformational leadership style mostly exemplifies my style and personality. However, I have
implemented situational leadership based on the skill level of the teachers assigned to my school

be seen when leaders and followers make each other advance to a higher level of morality and
motivation. Through the strength of their vision and personality, transformational leaders are able
to inspire followers to change expectations, perceptions, and motivations to work towards
common goals (Burns, 1978). Bernard M. Bass expanded upon Burns original ideas to develop
what is today referred to as Bass Transformational Leadership Theory. According to Bass (1978),
transformational leadership can be defined based on the impact that it has on followers.

Teenage and college women are overly obsessing about their body images and constantly think
that they need to be much skinnier, when they are not even fat. Many women today have the
