• Prepare Work Package ( Work Order, Operations, Permits to Work, Required P&ID's ,
Isometrics, Material Reservation, date sheet's, TRA (if required) ) on SAP
• Plan/schedule and follow up the Preventive Maintenance for maintenance & modification
activities of central maintenance facilities.
• Prepare daily plan/schedule (mechanical/ fabrication shop/ valve shop/ Machinist shop /
Inspection/Civil/Facility Maintenance/Underground Pipes Maintenance) Activities.
• To check the priorities of work orders being raised by operation / maintenance and schedule
them on availability of resources.
• To analyze the shutdown jobs’ scope for each equipment, establish step by step job plan and
contract related requirements where required to support operations.
• To check the requirements of work orders raised by operation / area maintenance and schedule
them as per the resources availability.
• assist Maintenance Planning Engineer for the preparation of turnaround schedule and
coordinate with concerned maintenance areas and operation personnel for scheduling of jobs
during shutdown
• Updating of P.M job and give feed back if any modification is required for the P.M job plan
record.
• Preparing and calculation of Corrective Work Orders Back log and P.M Work Orders Back log
for Key Performing Indicators (KPI Reports) and submit to the higher management.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure the availability of all materials (stock items and non-stock
items) required reserved/ordered by concerned Disciplines/Sections to execute the
turnaround/major overhaul as per defined timelines and standards.
• To monitor daily job progress and issue reports during the shutdown process whilst
recommending plans for further improvement.
• Preparing the Compilation of monthly report in MS-Excel.

• Monitor of Drawings, Data Sheets Using PCA (piping control application) based on SQL.
• To Develop the Latest forecast Plan on periodical basis.
• Schedule Analysis (e.g. Look ahead plans, Probability Charts etc)

• Efficiency Reports (Based on Mhr(man hour), EqHr(equipment hour), Resource Distribution etc)
• CPA (Critical Path Analysis)
