Manager HR,
Dear Sir/Madam,
As you already know that a project manager needs to make sure that his project is planned out
perfectly in order to ensure that all the scope has done perfectly (with in the given time) and
inexpensively (with in the budget). The planning engineer determines the best possible method and
sequence of execution of execution whether it is a Construction project, EPC or a Turn-Key.
Not only the above, the planning engineer determines the sequential order of the engineering &
design strategy, logistics of moving equipment, plant and material from one location to another.
Draw up the procurement plan. This planning oversees all the stages of the project. He must also
make sure that the safety standards are followed. Client often ask the planner that how long the
given project will take.
During the execution, the planning engineer is responsible for determining the most efficient and
effective method of executing the scope. The planner also studies the scope and resources available
in order to determine what the construction team is capable to do.
In order to foresee the labor, technical, equipment and material demands that will be placed
on the project, the planning engineer must have perfect computer skills.
My expertise in the area of project planning and controls and delay analysis, has helped me
evolve as a sound professional with capabilities to accept greater challenges and thus enlarge
my career canvass.
Attached is my resume for your kind perusal. I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss ways
in which I would be able to contribute towards the growth of the organization
Sincerely,
Tanveer Ahmed Niazi
