Purpose:
ď‚· Coordinate/Carryout dailyHandover activitiesinliaison with Completion Team Leader (local position).
ď‚· To compile, verify, stewardandcoordinate all completions handover documentation, bythe use of the System ofProject
Inspection, Testing, Certificationand Handover (SPITCH) and the Integrated Management of Information System (IMIS).
ď‚· Assist in ensuringthat allnecessary Completions Management strategies are demonstrablyin place to ensure that data
integrityis preservedand risks to productionare properlymitigated throughthe use of reliable andupdatedinformation.
ď‚· To ensure the quality, integrityandconsistencyof Handover documentation.
ď‚· To ensure the relevant dossier documentations are alignedto pertinent handover units
ď‚· To facilitate handover activities.
ď‚· To report the status of the Project using SPITCH, which provide the overallstatus ofProject completions acceptance.
ď‚· Monitor dailyperformance andprogress of the completions operators.
ď‚· Coordinate the Completions team members about the Commissioning System Limit Drawing andSub-System scope of
work relatedwithin SPITCH to avoidanydiscrepancies anddoubt.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder’s responsibilities mayinclude but not be limitedto the following:
ď‚· Reviewandverifythe engineering data used for the first populationof the systemSPITCH.
ď‚· Responsible for the integrityof the data containedwithin the SPITCH for work being undertaken byanExecution
Contractor.
ď‚· Monitoring andcontrol ofthe SPITCH data updated bythe ExecutionContractor andAKCO Constructionand
Commissioningfor accuracy, correctness and completeness.
ď‚· Reviewandverifythe qualityof the data populated withinthe SPITCH against AKCO standards andprocedures.
ď‚· Identifyand report inaccuracies, anomaliesandomissions of data withinthe CACSPITCH andensure corrective actions are
implemented to rectify.
ď‚· Dayto daysupport for training andadvice onthe use of the SPITCH.
 Ensure the SPITCH is updateddailyto reflect and accuratelyreport the completion status ofthe EC’s scope of work and
Commissioning.
ď‚· Ensure the Mechanical Completion (MC) andPre-CommissioningCompletion (PC) Dossiers compilationbyExecution
Contractors that are in compliance with the QA / QCrequirements andadvice of anomalies.
ď‚· Ensure change control for anychange relevant to the completions is administeredandrecordedas per Procedure.
ď‚· Generationof SPITCH / Completions weeklyreport as per standard proforma for submission to the SnCompletionEng.

ď‚· Experience and familiarity withOil andGas Equipment, materials and international standards.
Required Competencies:
The job holder must have proven:
ď‚· Completions engineering competencies in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumental, Process, HVACdisciplines,
includinginspectiontest reports review in terms of filling andcontent integrityand consistency.
ď‚· Fullycompetent inEngineering/Construction/Commissioning/Completions informationmanagement.
ď‚· Capable to readandunderstandinstrumental and electrical drawing as Single Line, Interconnection, LoopandBlock
Diagrams, Cause and Effect Table, andSchematics, Data Sheet, Detail Drawings, and P&IDs, Isometrics, Plot Plans,
Layouts etc..
