Quantative Analysis and Evaluation of Topology Control Schemes for Utilizing ...ijsrd.com
By virtue of their robustness, cost-effectiveness, self-organizing and self-configuring nature, WMNs have emerged as a new network paradigm for a wide range of applications, such as public safety and emergency response communications, intelligent transportation systems, and community networks. It is anticipated that WMNs will not only resolve the limitations of wireless ad hoc networks, local area networks (WLANs), personal area networks (WPANs), and metropolitan area networks (WMANs) but also significantly improve such networks’ performance. One fundamental problem of WMNs with a limited number of radio interfaces and orthogonal channels is that the performance degrades significantly as the network size grows. This results from increased interference between nodes and diminished spatial reuse over the network. In this paper, it is proposed to evaluate the performance of two different channel assignment schemes namely common channel assignment (CCA) and centralized tabu-based search algorithm under WCETT routing protocols for varying traffic load in terms of packet delivery ratio, throughput, average end to end delay and routing overhead using NS2 network simulator. WCETT protocol uses the weighted sum of the cumulative expected transmission time and the maximal value of efficient channels among all channels.

In this thesis firstly we study the effects of Black hole attack in MANET using both Proactive and Reactive routing protocols and then discovering a Secure Path in MANET by Avoiding Black/Gray Holes. The impact of Black Hole attack on the performance of MANET is evaluated finding out which protocol is more vulnerable to the attack and how much is the impact of the attack on both protocols. blackhole route
Achieving Transmission Fairness in Distributed Medium Access Wireless Mesh Ne...ijwmn
Wireless mesh networking gained an international interest over the years as a result to high recognition in
the wireless industry as a cost effective, scalable, wider coverage and capacity capable wireless technology.
The contention based distributed medium access in wireless networks has advanced not only in supporting
the quality of multimedia but also achieving high throughput and to minimize packet delay overheads in
legacy systems. Unfortunately, the impact of such enhancement has not been fully justified with mesh
network environments yet. The medium access frames are required to be contended over multi-hops to
overcome the challenges of improving overall system performance through concurrent transmissions. The
goal of this paper is to discuss the issues and challenges of transmission fairness and the effect of
concurrent transmission on system performance. To mitigate transmission fairness issues, we review
existing open literature on mesh networking and provide guidelines for better system design and
deployment. Finally, we conclude the paper with future research directions. This study may help network
designer and planner to overcome the remaining challenging issues in the design and deployment of WMNs
worldwide.
Security Enhancement in AODV Routing Protocol for MANETsidescitation
Adhoc networks are a new wireless networking paradigm for mobile hosts.
Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANETs) are wireless networks with absence of infrastructure
centralized support. Routing in MANETs is challenging task due to mobility of nodes.
Several routing protocols have been developed for Mobile Ad-hoc Networks. This paper
describes concept of security enhancement in AODV routing protocol by detection and
tolerance of attacks using secure message transmission (SMT) protocol. Present AODV
routing protocol is not secure by malicious nodes. One main challenge in design of these
networks is their vulnerability to security attacks. In this paper we study how to make node
malicious and at same we will detect malicious node in AODV protocol using Network
Simulator-2(NS-2) tool.
A MANET is an autonomous group of mobile users that communicate over reasonably slow
wireless links. The network topology may vary rapidly and unpredictably over time, because the nodes
are mobile. The network is decentralized, where all network activity, including discovering the topology
and delivering messages must be executed by the nodes themselves. Hence routing functionality will
have to be incorporated into the mobile nodes. MANET is a kind of wireless ad-hoc network and it is a
self-configuring network of mobile routers (and associated hosts) connected by wireless links – the union
of which forms an arbitrary topology. Such a network may operate in a standalone fashion, or may be
connected to the larger Internet Problems in Ad Hoc Networks.

Wireless Mesh Networks Based on MBPSO Algorithm to Improvement Throughput IJECEIAES
Wireless Mesh Networks can be regarded as a type of communication technology in mesh topology in which wireless nodes interconnect with one another. Wireless Mesh Networks depending on the semi-static configuration in different paths among nodes such as PDR, E2E delay and throughput. This study summarized different types of previous heuristic algorithms in order to adapt with proper algorithm that could solve the issue. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to determine the proper methods, approaches or algorithms that should be adapted to improve the throughput. A Modified Binary Particle Swarm Optimization (MBPSO) approach was adapted to improvements the throughput. Finally, the finding shows that throughput increased by 5.79% from the previous study.

To mitigate Black-hole attack with CBDS in MANETIJERA Editor
Mobile ad-hoc network is self configured network that consist of mobile nodes which communicate with each other. Distributed self-organized nature of this network makes it venerable to various attacks likes DOS attack, Black hole attack, wormhole attack and jamming attack etc. Blackhole attack is one of the serious attack in network in which information loss occur which degrades the performance of network. In this work black hole attack is detected with the help of CBDS (cooperative Bait Detection Algorithm) and MD5 is used for the security purpose. This work is implemented in Network simulator and performance is checked on the bases of network parameters.

the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
Final project report on grocery store management system..pdfKamal Acharya
In today’s fast-changing business environment, it’s extremely important to be able to respond to client needs in the most effective and timely manner. If your customers wish to see your business online and have instant access to your products or services.
Online Grocery Store is an e-commerce website, which retails various grocery products. This project allows viewing various products available enables registered users to purchase desired products instantly using Paytm, UPI payment processor (Instant Pay) and also can place order by using Cash on Delivery (Pay Later) option. This project provides an easy access to Administrators and Managers to view orders placed using Pay Later and Instant Pay options.
In order to develop an e-commerce website, a number of Technologies must be studied and understood. These include multi-tiered architecture, server and client-side scripting techniques, implementation technologies, programming language (such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and MySQL relational databases. This is a project with the objective to develop a basic website where a consumer is provided with a shopping cart website and also to know about the technologies used to develop such a website.
This document will discuss each of the underlying technologies to create and implement an e- commerce website.

Autonomous Mobile Mesh Networks
ABSTRACT:
Mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) are ideal for situations where a fixed
infrastructure is unavailab le or infeas ible. Today’s MANETs, however, may suffer
from network partitioning. This limitation makes MANETs unsuitable for
applications such as crisis management and battlefield communications, in which
team members might need to work in groups scattered in the application terrain. In
such applications, intergroup communication is crucial to the team collaboration.
To address this weakness, we introduce in this paper a new class of ad-hoc network
called Autonomous Mobile Mesh Network (AMMNET). Unlike conventional
mesh networks, the mobile mesh nodes of an AMMNET are capable of following
the mesh clients in the application terrain, and organizing themselves into a
suitable network topology to ensure good connectivity for both intra- and
intergroup communications. We propose a distributed client tracking solution to
deal with the dynamic nature of client mobility, and present techniques for
dynamic topology adaptation in accordance with the mobility pattern of the clients.
2. Our simulation results indicate that AMMNET is robust against network
partitioning and capable of providing high relay throughput for the mobile clients.
EXISTING SYSTEM:
In a standard wireless mesh network, stationary mesh nodes provide routing and
relay capabilities. They form a mesh-like wireless network that allows mobile
mesh clients to communicate with each other through multihop communications.
Such a network is scalable, flexible, and low in maintenance cost. When a mesh
node fails, it can simply be replaced by a new one; and the mesh network will
recognize the new mesh node and automatically reconfigure itself.
DISADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM:
Difficult to design robust MANETs for minimize network partitions.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
In this paper, we introduced a mobile infrastructure called AMMNET.
Unlike conventional mobile ad hoc networks that suffer network partitions
when the user groups move apart, the mobile mesh routers of an AMMNET
track the users and dynamically adapt the network topology to seamlessly
support both their intragroup and intergroup communications.
Since this mobile infrastructure follows the users, full connectivity can be
achieved without the need and high cost of providing network coverage for
3. the entire application terrain at all time as in traditional stationary
infrastructure.
ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:
AMMNET can forward data for mobile clients along the routing paths built
by any existing ad hoc routing protocols.
AMMNET is robust against network partitioning and capable of providing
high relay throughput for the mobile clients.
