Position : Assistant Manager Sales
Location : Indonesia Office – Jakarta
Qualification : Graduate – Preference in Pharmacy/ Science
Experience : 5 to 8 years in sale of Consumable products
Reporting to : Regional Manager – Indonesia
Gender : Male / Female
Salary : IDR 10 – 13 mio monthly base pay + Annual variable Pay + benefits
 Scanning the market for opportunities
 Assist in Making Annual Budget for the territory and achieve targeted Sales volume.
 Ensure collection from the customer as per commercial terms.
 Obtains / updates market information of the customers and competitors, to enable frame
 appropriate marketing strategy.
 Identifies potential customers and develops them for commercial supplies.
 Generating new accounts and maintaining relationship with existing accounts.
 Ensures customer satisfaction by providing appropriate customer service
 Keep track of inventory and co-ordinate with the back-end team in India and Indonesia
Key Customers Served
 Indonesia Team;
 Service, Sales, Marketing and Sales Support Team – India
 Back Office functions in Corporate – HR, Finance, IT
 Indonesian and overseas customers.
 Corporate customers.
 External Agents.
Key Competencies
 Knowledge of Capsules or Pharma consumables
 Knowledge of Indonesian Pharma and Neutracutical markets
 MS Office and Sales MIS preparation
 Customer relationship Management.
 Communication Skills (Proficiency in Bahasa as well as English – Written &
 Problem Solving Skills
 Cross Functional Team Working
 Quality and Service Orientation
 Delivering Consistent Results
 Candidates with direct experience in capsules sales will be preferred. Direct Competition in
Indonesia include: Capsugel, and Kapsulindo.
