This study explored the effects of using blog-assisted instruction for a life education course with 30 fifth-grade students in Taiwan. The researchers developed a 10-week blog-assisted life education course and measured changes in students' life education values, learning attitudes, and learning effectiveness. The findings showed that students' life education values and learning attitudes significantly improved after the course. Students' information literacy, course satisfaction, and overall learning effectiveness also increased significantly. The researchers concluded that blog-assisted life education combined with collaborative learning enhanced students' interactions, knowledge of life education, and positive attitudes toward the instructional approach.
