DESCRIPTION OF ASHOKA TREE
Ashoka bark-
•Ashoka bark is smooth with
transversely ridged and circular
lenticels,dark green to greenish
grey
•You can boil the bark of Ashoka tree to
form a thick decoction and
apply mustard oil after it gets cold. This
solution, when applied to boils and acne,
produces a very beneficial effect.
Ashoka leaves-
•Ashoka leaves are dark green, alternate,
paipinnate compound , stipulate , large and
spreading horizontally ,3 -6 inches long and
2 .5 inches wide.
•It is beneficial in relieving pain and
healing wounds faster.
Ashoka flowers
•It has fragrant,bisexual,regular
flowers of orange color with 7-8
stamens in a large bunch.
•Ashoka flower help to prevent
internal bleedind and also helps to
take care of your health.
Ashoka fruits
•Ashoka fruits are legumes that
are smooth, leathery and flat
pods tapered at both ends
having 6-8 seeds.
•Seed powder of the ashoka tree
helps to control kidney stones
and helps to treat asthma
