- It’s very important to us to learn about control our emotion.
- Emotional stability is very important in determining an individual’s succes in life.
- Human intellectual level is not only measured by IQ, but also through EQ and SQ.
4. Explain briefly in four or five sentences what the article is about.
- It’s talk about the author’s ‘impulse control’ test at an San Francisco lecture.
- From the test, the author prove that emotional stability is more important than IQ in
determining an individual's success in life.
- But if the emotions stored in the brain are those of restraint, self-awarenes, self-
regulation, self-motivation, empathy, hope, and optimism, then we become endowed
with an emotional intelligence that serves rather than enslaves us for the rest of our
lives.
- Everyone can grow his/her emotional intelligence with an exercises.

- The writer wants the reader to understand how important to improve the ability of
emotional intelligence, because an individual’s succes is not only influenced by the
level of IQ, but also affected by ability of emotional intelligence or called EQ.

- Someone’s level of intelligence can’t be measured just by someone’s IQ, but EQ and
SQ intelligence level also affects with someone’s level of intelligence. And also
someone's success can’t be measured by IQ, but someone’s EQ and SQ intelligence
more influence a someone’s success in life.
