There are over 6,000 languages spoken in the world today, many of which are
spoken by fewer than a few hundred people (10 cultural differences and facts that
make the world interesting). The world as we know it today is a very diverse
place, it has multitudes of culture and ways of life. Throughout the world there are
many different religions, races, and countries that all deal with setbacks and
disadvantages. But we all have something in common, people no matter who they are
or where they are from, battle with hardship. We all face the same problem whether
its home, work, family or personal problems we all suffer through the disasters, and
the heartaches. Furthermore it takes in every situation perseverance to overcome all
hardships. Nevertheless to have perseverance one has to have hope and courage to

Importance Of College Education
I would like to acknowledge my entire family for their help and for never giving up
on me. I have to thank my parents for tirelessly encouraging a son who didn t seem
that interested in getting a degree for a very long time. They also shouldered an
enormous portion of the financial burden involved in attending a university. I
would also like to thank my younger brother. Ironically, he has been a role model
for me, and has been an example of how to be a better student as well as a better
man. Both of my grandmothers have been wonderful and patient with me, while

One often hears the saying, Don t judge a man until you have walked a mile in
their shoes. The way an author uses similes can help the reader better understand
how the character feel and what they re going through like Sylvia Plath in The Bell
Jar. Esther Greenwood, a college student, working at a month long job as a guest
editor for a fashion magazine feels like an outcast from the rest of the girls; she
doesn t seem to fit in. When she arrives back home, she receives several bad news
leads her into thinking suicideis the best thing to do. After multiple failed attempts,
she is put into a mental hospital where she will gain hope in life and finally discover
