He s proactive with trying and failing. There s a nice twist with the reveal of the
perpetrator and a nice climax at the end except for the perpetrator strapping a bomb
vest on an 8 year old. This could be highly disturbing to the audience. Even though
the idea of the other right is skillfully set up, there s a taboo about exploiting
children and seeing an explosive vest on a child could dissuade a producer.
With that said there are other areas worth discussing for possible revisions. However,
even without these possible revisions, the script feels marketable.
The first area worth discussing is the opening scene in central park and the hot dog
cart. It s creative and interesting choice, but highly unrealistic. When first read, one
was not sure of the tone, especially with the description of processed guts and
yumminess. A more realistic scene doesn t involve a hot dog cart, but simply
people strolling in the park, and perhaps some teens or a homeless person find
something like a box and it s a bomb. The idea of the bomber going to the trouble of
getting a hot dog cart is more for dramatic purposes than realistic.
The scene between Jackson and Wally on page 2 isn t the most engaging i.e. their

When I was originally starting this class I did not know what to expect the content
to cover since Intro to Counseling is such a broad title. I was actually expecting an
overview of counseling techniques, and I would not have guessed at all that a good
part of the semester would be spent on consulting techniques instead and how to be
resilient in the field. I am glad that the class did cover these topics though, because I
feel that I now have a solid foundation to build the rest of the information on that I
learn during the rest of the program. One of the most important things that I learned
in this class and have incorporated into my foundation is everything that we went
over in the Resilient Practitioner book. The entire timeI was an undergraduate I knew
of the term burnout and I knew that it happened to some people, but that was the

I have started my research with applied probability in theoretical population
biology and in statistical genetics during my PhD. However, during my
postdoctoral work at the Emory University I started working in a completely
different topic of developing HIV vaccine trial design and survival analysis. Soon

This paper is not only an important one computationally, but also has the potential
of modifying clinical protocol. In Datta et al. (BMC Bioinformatics, 2017) we
developed a novel statistical approach for identification of the master regulator
transcription factor using a permutation based test with a concordant statistic.
Additionally, we have a recently accepted on a meta analysis paper which combines
the results of many experiments on thousands of genes and combines the results to
provide a FDR control strategy. We have contributed significantly in developing
methods for reverse engineering gene, protein, lipid interaction network through
association scores based on partial least squared regression model. Additionally, we
developed nonparametric tests to perform differential network analysis in multiple
experimental conditions using RNA Seq count data and lipidomics data from mass
spectrometry (Kujala et al., 2015; 2017, Gill et al. 2012). I was also involved in
pure statistical research involving monotonic single index models and variable
selection and multiple imputations Wan et al. 2014 and 2017). Currently, I am
involved in developing methodology to identifying differentially expressed genes
using single cell RNA sequencing data. scRNA Seq data has tremendous opportunity
