1. Discuss Individualized Instruction as a strategy in analyzing culture,
economics or governance.
2.Craft a lesson plan using Individualized Instruction.
3. House Rules for LAC Session
1.Put your mobile phone in the silent mode. If you need to answer a
call, go outside.
2. Avoid making noise that may distract the speaker and co LAC
members.
3. One Mouth Rule. When one mouth speaks, all ears must listen. If you
want to say something, raise your hand.
4. Everyone is encourage to actively participate and open to new
ideas.

• It is a method of teaching in which content, instructional
technology, and pace of learning are based upon the abilities and
interest of each learner.
• It is a one-to-one teaching and self-paced learning
• It allows a student who is above or below "average" to proceed at
his/her own pace for optimal learning
