Sparkman and Campbell define teaching certificates in their report called Teacher Certification,
which is a part of an anthology called The Principal s Legal Handbook. Sparkman and Campbell
provide an overview of the process of obtaining credentials. They explain about the state s authority
over the teacher certificate, the issues regarding employment for a school board, and any process
that may be taken to revoke a teacher certificate.
There are several legislation that relate with obtaining teacher credentials. According to AB 1282,
students enrolled in grades K 12 depend highly on the competency of their teachers. Assembly
Member Jackson required an increase in the amount of test taking sites and times for teachers to

Insanity In Fyodor Dostoevsky
Fyodor Dostoevsky s Raskolnikov is criminally insane. He is unable to control his actions despite
having the understanding that they are morally wrong. In addition to his illness he lives in St.
Petersburg, a city that was at the forefront of Russian cultural exchange with Europe. As a result of
this exchange, the mentally unstable Raskolnikov was introduced to the Nietzschean philosophyof
the Ubermensch. This lead Raskolnikov to kill an elderly moneylender and her disabled sister.
Using a violent mentally unstable criminal as his narrator allowed Dostoevsky to reveal the
deleterious effect Western philosophy would have on Russian society if it was not counteracted by
a return to traditional belief. Raskolnikov would be classified as insane under the Irresistible

A Separate Peace Critical Analysis
The death of Caulfield s brother, Allie, clearly leaves a devastating effect on his life and acts as
the central cause of his mental illnesses. Allie died of leukemia at the age of eleven in his family
s summer home in Maine. Holden, thirteen at the time, leaves his comfortable life distraught over
the loss of his brother and brakes his hand punching the windows out of the garage of their home.

all of that money, just to dropout? The contributing factors that relate to college students dropping
out are putting social and recreational activities before class, students experiencing stress and
paying for the cost of tuition. Clearly, there are many factors that contribute to the high dropoutrate
among college students.
The first factor that contributes to the high dropout rate among college students is students putting
social and recreational activities before classes. In college, students can participate in many
recreational/social activities. Some of the options they have to pick from are sororities/fraternities,
intramural sports, clubs and sporting events. All of these options take up time, which is why they
need to balance out school and recreational/social activities. Balancing out their education and
activities or devoting more time towards your education will be beneficial in the long run. It will
be beneficial in the long run since you won t fall behind in classes, since you are making equal

Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychological disorder that can develop after someone
has experienced or been exposed to a trauma or life threatening event, such as warfare, a natural
disaster, a violent attack or sexual assault, as well as the sudden death of a loved one. Most people
who experience these traumas recover from them but someone who continues to experience anxiety
and depression may have developed post traumatic stress disorder.
Symptoms can start at any time after the traumatic event, from within the first month to several
years after. These symptoms can interfere with a person s ability to go about their daily life affecting
At the time I didn t believe it, or really think much of it. I was only talking to this person because
of court reasons and wasn t really open to talking about everything. I associated PTSD with
veterans and didn t think anything that I was going through was that extreme, or at the time I
honestly didn t even think it was that bad. They also said I had Stockholm syndrome which was
another thing I didn t know anything about. I never really spoke about things until then or had
to answer questions that I just avoided asking myself. It took a really long time for me realize
things and thinking back its hard to believe I thought the way that I did. I ve come a really long
way, I do things now every day that I wouldn t even think about doing back then. Just thinking
about the way I lived with the symptoms I had and didn t speak up about it and even hiding them
is hard for me to believe. It was like I was living in this paralyzed fear, just constantly afraid and

Analysis Of The House Of Mirth By Lara Saltz
Selden, in The House of Mirth, is a character that is part of the Elite class, but that doesn t allow
the constraints of the elites shadow his vision. In her essay, Lara Saltz argues Selden is able to
see real, poetic Lily because he possesses both an acute eye for what is materially in front of him
(Saltz 1). She continues on with this thesis, arguing that Selden posses a balance between
realism and imagination, that allows him to see the real Lily, during her performance of Sir
Joshua Reynold s pain, Mrs Lloyd. Evidence in the novel showing that Selden can see past the
illusions of high life, can be seen in Lily realizing that Selden is detached from the social world,
the discussion of love between Lily and Selden and Lily s final confrontation of Selden and
subsequent death. These three pieces of evidence support Saltz s assertion that Selden can see
things for what they really are due to his ability to balance realism and imagination. The first,
being Lily s observation that Selden is detached from the social class. The party, being thrown
by Mrs. Trenor, is the stage in which Lily discovers that Selden is detached from social class.

In this paper I will evaluate two artworks that share the same theme of motherhood and
breastfeeding. In the last few years, the sexualization of breastfeeding has become a big issue. This
is due to people see breast as sexual objects and think that women are being exhibitionist, and are
