The study investigates the antistress and adaptogenic activity of ethanolic extract of Emblica officinalis fruits on stress-induced biochemical and physiological changes in animal models. Results indicate significant improvement in stress tolerance and reversal of stress-related biochemical alterations in treated mice and rats, suggesting the extract's potential as a natural remedy for stress management. The findings support the traditional use of Emblica officinalis in medicinal practices for its antioxidant properties and adaptation to stress.
