individual, structural, and institutional forms of racism intersect, overlap, and create a deep rooted
form of prejudice and discrimination that advantages a cultural group at the expense of others in all
institutions of a society economics, political representation, the criminal justice system, employment,
and many others. (Luther College 2015). This includes discrimination affecting credit, schooling,

violation of the human rights of people with disabilities. I have a passion for working with people that
have disabilities and I think so much more should be done for them. The United States have made
great strides in being respectful for their human rights and it is time to see the rest of the world step up
and take responsibility. There is also much more needed to be done in the United States but we have
come so far. I decided to use the human rights violation of people with disabilities because I want to
