One may argue that this book was too long and partly too descriptive in both the storyline and the

politics and justice. As long as private money is allowed in judicial elections we will see competing
interests fight for seats on the bench. Grisham highlights this point so often throughout the book that

changes its pace very rapidly from chapter to chapter therefor the narrative style reminds one of an
appeal in a court with constantly changing perceptions and argumentations. John Grisham wrote the
book in a way that the reader constantly switches between the parallel stories of the two lawyers and
Carl Trudeau and his company.

was to examine the practice by state governments of developing school accountability ratings systems,
which rate schools across their respective states with an A F, report card style grade as a form of
institutional accountability in the public domain. The authors of the brief were attempting to highlight

arguments to demonstrate the failing of these accountability systems to meet their intended purposes.
The primary analysis comes from examining the A F systems for validity across three areas; validity

would seem. In Sophocles Oedipus Rex, the relationship between figurative blindness and literal
blindness is portrayed. In the play, figurative blindness is what Oedipus has as he does not understand
his parentage and the prophecy of his doom. Literal blindness is what Teiresias has suffered with his
