2. The Lecture Video was very interesting, since I´m a international student sometimes its very hard to identify the difference but this video helped me out erasing all the doubts because the video was very clear and consistent.

3. Summary: is when you make a reduction of history, essay or any source of writing maintaining the same idea, and also using the same format and wording that the author is projecting. You can identify this writing when the author or the writing who wrote the summary uses the words or phrases like ¨the story is about…¨ ¨the writer's idea was…¨etc Summarizing its done pretty much by telling the story or basic idea with out making an argument or an examination like analysis.

4. Almost every author has a purpose for his writing, for example Informative writing, poetry, persuasive writing, historical writing. And most of the time authors are always sending messages trying to inform, persuade etc and its the readers problem to understand and analyze each message. How can you do this? Analyzing! My assumptions of analysis is that it goes above summarizing you actually take apart in pieces the entire document or poetry and you examine each and every part of it, so you can point out what you think is valuable and what its not. You are analyzing when you take closer look to the document or any source of writing, making arguments and combining your thoughts with the authors assumptions
