The Renaissance in Europe
The significance of the word Renaissance is rebirth or a regeneration of a period. This period was
called the Middle Ages and it began during the fourteenth century. The Renaissance was mainly
characterized for the development of learning and thinking. This period also distinguished the
discovery and exploration of new continents, system of astronomy, the growth of commerce, and the
innovations of paper, printing, compass, art, literature, math and science. During this period, it was
primarily the revival where people would learn, think, and invent new things after having a long
period of cultural decline. Some of the main concepts during this time were the belief in humanism,
the ravishing art that captured this age, the influence of the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

The Pope, who had the responsibility of running the Catholic Church, also ruled Rome. As the power
of the northern city states grew the Papacy increasingly became an international politician rather than
a spiritual leader. Nevertheless, Rome was the victim of a decline that had destroyed the ancient city
during the Middle Ages which had grown once again under papal leadership during the Renaissance.
Venice and Milan also grew wealthy and powerful which both had large roles in Italian politics.
Venice was ruled by oligarchy in the hands of Great Council of noble families, and Milan by a strong
monarchy that produced a line of powerful dukes.
The art works during the Middle Ages were quite breathtaking because the artists were able to capture
the period of Renaissance and incorporate it through their paintings. The arts reflected the deep
interest in religion but the artist would also focus on portraits of people, landscapes or scenes of
everyday life. The ending of fifteenth century there were three main artists Leonardo da Vinci,
Michelangelo Buonarroti and Raphael Sanzio who enlighten their paintings and sculptures with their
unique touch and own personality. Leonardo da Vinci (1452 1519) was known for the Renaissance
man because of his intellectual, talent and expression of humanist values. Leonardo was not just a
painter but an engineer, mathematician, inventor, architect, scientist,

UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS INTELLIGENCE OFFICER
The United States Marine Corps is looking for a Few Good Men for their Officer Corps. There are a
few different ways to achieve the rank of Second Lieutenant. Some officers go straight from college to
a recruiter, and others join as an enlisted Marine and apply for an officer rank later in their career. I am
applying for a commission from the enlisted ranks. I have found that enlisted to officer programs have
many requirements and can be somewhat confusing, but the goal of making a move from enlisted to
officer can be accomplished as long as I are willing to put forth the effort to achieve that goal.
There are two programs that I can utilize to make the transition from enlisted to ... Show more content

Once OCS is completed, I will be transferred to The Basic School for field training. Officer Candidate
School is ten weeks long and The Basic School is six months long (Marine Corps University). All
Marine Officers must attend these two schools. During field training at The Basic School, I will
receive my military occupational specialty as an intelligence officer.
As a new intelligence officer, I will be required to receive formal education through various
intelligence schools. The first step in my intelligence training will be approached at the Navy and
Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center. At this school I will receive intelligence schooling in
fundamentals, analysis, and interpretation (The Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center).
I will then be transferred to Goodfellow Air Force Base for training within Signals intelligence,
imagery intelligence, or human intelligence.
Upon completion of the my bachelor s degree, acceptance through the ECP, Officer Candidate School,
The Basic School, Initial Intelligence Training, and Military Occupational Specialty Intelligence
Training, I will receive orders back to the Fleet Marine Forces. The move from the enlisted ranks to
the officer ranks may be very confusing, but this goal can be accomplished as long as I stay focused
and move one step at a time.

Human Rights Violations In Saudi Arabia
Universal human rights are guaranteed to all humans, regardless of their gender, religion, ethnicity, or
background. They also apply to prisoners. Detailing human rights violations in Saudi Arabia, The
United States Department of State explains, The following significant human rights problems were
reported: no right to change the government peacefully; torture and physical abuse; poor prison and
detention center conditions; arbitrary arrest and incommunicado detention; denial of fair and public
trials and lack of due process in the judicial system; political prisoners; restrictions on civil liberties
such as freedoms of speech (including the internet), assembly, association, movement, and severe
restrictions on religious freedom; and corruption and lack of government transparency (United States).
Saudi Arabia is violent towards prisoners and speaking freely against the state is a punishable crime.
Therefore, the power of the individuals at the top of the vertical power structure have the threat of
violence as a weapon in ensuring absolute compliance by citizens.
In order to promote a peaceful global climate, global accountability from outside countries is
necessary to keep Saudi Arabia from infringing on the rights of individuals both within and outside
their borders. The overall sociopolitical ideology of Saudi Arabia, operating culturally under a
patriarchal system of absolute power, is dangerous to the fabric of humanity. Militant intervention into

Nurse Staffing
Presented in the nursing study, Nursing activities, nurse staffing and adverse patient outcomes as
perceived by hospital nurses, the research gives evidence that indicates nurse staffing levels can have
direct effect on patient care. Therefore, in correlation to the question and point of study, the research
pointed at the fact that inadequate staffing and unrealistic workloads place an burden on nursing staff,
reducing the quality of care that nurses are able to provide. The patient to nurse ratio averaged 8.74:1
overall within the nurses involved in the study. The study took RNs evaluations of whether they had
enough time to perform the listed nursing tasks and created a table. In the table, it showed more than a
quarter of RNs expressed ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Unlike the first article discussed, this study was created to consider the patients point of view. The
study considers unit organizational factors (e.g. nurse to bed ratio, skill mix) with patient access to
support. Data analysis and results show staffing levels showed a positive association with patient
access to support. On the other hand, the availability of support deteriorated when the number of
emergency inpatients and the unit workload increased. Patients perceived access to support was also
associated with the number of hours worked by Registered Nurses on the inpatient unit; the higher the
proportion of hours worked by Registered Nurses, the higher the score for perceived access to support
on the dimensions of respectful interaction and access to information. Furthermore, nurses mean
professional experience correlated positively with patient access to support: the longer this experience,
the more patients felt they had access to support in their care. Nonetheless the data shows patients do
sense it when staffs are pressed for time and may therefore side with staff members when assessing
their access to

Profit Maximization Through Innovation Technologies
Background
Agricultural industry is one of the most important industries of Uzbekistan. Agriculture sector
employs 28% of Uzbekistan s labor force and generates 24% of its GDP (Uzreport, 2006). Therefore
further development of agricultural industry in Uzbekistan is crucial for Uzbek nation. According to
UNDP within the next 20 years, the world will gain another 1.4 billion people. Representing a 25
percent increase in global population, most of these people will live in the expanding urban centers of
developing countries and will add greatly to the world s demand for food. Demand for food products
will increase. Meeting these increased food demands will be opportunity for the world s agricultural
producers as well as for Uzbek ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Innovation in agriculture and sub industries can be a key driver of poverty reduction in poor rural
economies (OECD,2010).The impact on the environment could also be major while using water
efficient technologies watering more efficiently and less wastefully. This includes drip irrigation
systems, desalination, recycling, or drought resistant plants. Such technologies already have been
applied in USA and EU countries which enable farmers to improve profitability by using less fertilizer
and pesticides, with little or no fall in yields, through the adoption of new methods.(Gurria, 2010.)
Another highlighted issue in literature is greenhouse emissions caused by natural gas burning. Natural
gas is mostly used energy type in greenhouse industry . Greenhouse gas emissions included
approximately 465,000 metric tons of CO2, 9 metric tons of CH4 and 7 metric tons of N2O in 2006
worldwide (BD, 2010). Negative impact of natural gas to environment also another need to develop
new energy saving technologies and secure new renewable energy sources that can substitute for fossil
fuels are very urgent. According to Choi (2008) energy recovery from wastes is being internationally
recognized as a reliable method to reduce greenhouse gases which have negative influence to climate.

Chicago Bear History
It has been a while since the Chicago Bears have had a dominating backfield with multiple running
backs. Previous seasons of injury and players being ridden to exhaustion have kept Chicago s running
game from playing at its full potential throughout a complete season. The Bears were blessed with the
talents and abilities of Matt Forte, but this year could be the start of something amazing. In 2015,
Chicago had a mediocre running game at best throughout the season. Yes, there were moments that
stole the breath and raised the excitement of fans, but those plays were short lived and quickly
forgotten. The Bears ranked 11th in the league with 115.9 rushing yards per game. The running backs
accounted for 12 touchdowns and ran the ball for over 1,800 yards. It was the last season for Forte in a
Bears uniform but fans were given several looks at just how bright of a career Jeremy Langford could
have. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
With a more threatening passing game and a stronger offensive line, those numbers could have been
much higher. Many fans have questioned what kind of numbers he would be able to produce without
another breakthrough back to help carry the load. Those worries have quickly started fading away
since the Bears 5th round draft pick this year. After transferring to Indiana University, Jordan Howard
rushed for totals of 145, 159, 203, and 168 yards to become the first FBS player to rush for at least
140 yards in each of his first four games with a program in 20 years. Later in the season, Howard
rushed ran the ball for 238 yards against the University of Michigan. That is the second highest
amount Michigan has ever given up in their storied history as a football program. In his last season
with Indiana, Howard ran for over 1,200 yards and scored 9 rushing touchdowns. Those are
productive numbers for any Big Ten running back, especially Howard, considering he missed four
games with an ankle

Greece And Its Relationship With The Eurozone

This paper will provide a brief history of Greece and reviews the modern day problems that may force
Greece out of the Eurozone. Indeed, history is being made on a daily basis as the prospect of a Greek
exit would steer both the nation and the Eurozone into uncharted territory. This is a cautionary tale
about economic and political unification, the advantages and disadvantages of giving up sovereign
rights to a common cause, and the impact of cultural differences in trying to solve mutual problems.

With the collapse of the junta the nation returned to its democratic roots and Greece became a
Parliamentary Republic.
In the years following WWII, Greece began to identify itself more as a Western European nation than
as a Balkan state. The economic integration of the European states began in 1951 with the creation of
the European Coal and Steel Community between Germany and France. This agreement helped to
bury the hatchet between these two former enemies, and served as a blueprint going forward in
lowering trade barriers, implementing common tariffs on imports from outside nations and increasing
cooperation among European countries. These efforts resulted in the establishment of the European
Economic Community in 1957. As old hostilities faded, Europe began to see itself more as a cohesive
unit of interrelated economic and political systems and provided a united front against the economic
power of the United States on one side, and the threat of communism on the other side.
For example, France and Germany, once bitter enemies, made the decision to link their currencies in
response to what they considered to be the opportunistic economic policies of the United States. By
doing this, it hastened the collapse of the Bretton Woods agreement and allowed European countries to
float their currencies. This also allowed countries to

Although some years the value did decrease by a few percent, in 2012 the gross profit margin is the
highest it has ever been since the fruition of the business.
Net Profit Margin o In summary this analysis shows the percent of every dollar in sales that is profit.
As seen in Figure 1, in the Appendix, the boxes highlighted in red showcase the net profit margin
values. From 2007 lululemon has had growth in their net profit margin, which in summary showcases
their ability to be an efficient business resulting in increased profitability. From 2007, with a net profit
margin of 5% to a current net profit margin of 18% in 2012, lululemon is essentially making $0.18
profit for every dollar in revenue.
Key Conclusions
Based off lululemon s comprehensive financial data, it shows continuous growth and stability in
revenue and profits. This fused with effective cost controlling measures allow for greater profitability
year to year. With lululemon s strategy primarily focusing on growing the store base and filling those
stores with differentiated products, it puts emphasis towards capital expenditures being made by the
organization. It can be assumed heavy efforts are being placed on Research and Development, which
adhere to luluemon s strategy of developing next generation fabrics that make their products superior

Malala Woman
A quote from Father Ronald s interview, from Exclusive: Pink Smoke over the Vatican, shows the
Catholic view on this topic. It s not a rule of social injustice but a rule of understanding one s part in
the church. Male and female are very different ( Exclusive ). The fact that woman can be denied the
right to be ordained simply because of tradition or gender roles show the level of discrimination that
woman face in many religions. This idea of not allowing women to be ordained is not simply found in
the Christian church, but it is also found in some Jewish branches and within Buddhism. Even when
women are allowed to enter leadership or faith positions they often face harder trials then their male
counterparts. Buddhists nuns for example, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This shows how the society and its practices correlate with religion. Women throughout the world are
fighting for rights and fighting to be seen as equals to men. This is also being seen throughout many
religions. Women are fighting relentlessly to have the spiritual rights they deserve within their faiths.
One example of this is seen in the story of Malala Yousafzai, who was willing to risk everything to
fight for her rights. Malala is a young Muslim women, who s community was overtaken by the
Taliban. Due to this, many of the women s rights throughout the community were taken away in the
name of religion. Women were forced to be hidden away in their homes and to be subservient to men.
Even education was ripped from their hands because it wasn t seen as necessary for women to become
education in the Taliban s eyes. Malala would not accept this and went against the rules in order to
receive the education she deserved ( Malala Yousafzai ). She was willing to risk everything, including
her life to ensure that she and other women would be educated. Unfortunately, Malala was shot by the
Taliban for her efforts to attend school and learn. She survived, and she is now a role model and

Application Of Dgs For Local Network Stability
Introduction: Due to increased concern on energy crisis and environmental issues, power industry is
shifting their power production from conventional power sources to renewable energy sources, and is
incorporating it into the grid utility in the form of distributed generations (DGs). The application of
DGs can enhance reliability and stability of the local network, and can reach benefit to the supplier by
reducing system losses and investment on a new transmission line due to increased power
consumption [1]. Power generation in the form of DGs for local and grid utility can create issues as
many as it may solve. Therefore, a microgrid concept is evolved to coordinate among sources, loads,
and energy storage devices for maintaining ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Inverters are able to supply controlled voltage and frequency depending on the control algorithms [3].
The characteristics of inverters are significantly different from the conventional generators; therefore,
specific control algorithms are required for a stable microgrid operation [4, 5].
There are a number of publications on droop based control for facilitating high reliability and avoiding
complexity of a supervisory control system [6, 12]. The droop based control algorithms are popular
due to their coordination capability among various power rating units together with flexibility and
reliability. The concept of droop based power control is valid for the both high voltage (HV)
transmission line and low voltage (LV) distribution line, although it has some limitations.
Problem formulation: To achieve consumer satisfaction in power supply and harness renewable
energy, microgrids design and control are essential issues for reliable operation. As the characteristics
of the distribution network and high volume power electronics penetration into the network are
significantly different from the conventional power system, several issues are raised. Some of the
issues, which are a promised field for future research, are described shortly below:
Distribution network: In a LV distribution network, the well known P/f droop control requires much
more effort than the P/V droop because predominated resistive network that naturally connects active
power with

Following the use of white indentured servants as labourers in the Caribbean, a heavy reliance was

this type of economy is that all major decisions that related to the construction or production,
distribution, commodity and service prices are all made by the government. However, in market

Businesses can decide which goods to produce and in what quantity and consumers can decide what
they want to purchase and at what price. The role of the state is limited to ensure right precision in the
prices charged by the sellers. Prices also have the function to allocate and distribute a country s
resources. Market leads to complete effectiveness bringing about the best possible distribution of a
country s resources in a perfect world. This would only happen in a state of equilibrium and there is a
unique price for every commodity. But in a realistic world which is imperfect by nature, prices are
never at equilibrium and very unstable depending upon the vagaries of the market forces. This
generally harms people living below the poverty line. It is impossible for them to pay high prices in
cases of demand shortage. Thus, the free market model is not a viable option in developing countries
which has a large number of poor. Besides, producers are aim to minimize profit and maximize rent of
production. Examples of countries that are using this economy system are Hong Kong, USA, and UK.
Many developing countries like India and China are moving towards totally free market economy. The
command economy is government directed. The market forces have very little say in such an
economy. There is no private property. On the other hand, a command economy aims at using all
available resources for developing either

Noise In Digital Communication
Digital communication is popular way how many people in the word communicate. Even being one of
the most popular modes of communication, digital communication still has many problems. Digital
communication is defined as communication that is transfer electrically. Digital technology makes,
stores and processes data. This data is transfer into bits. Digital communication is a very broad field.
There are different types of noises in communication and digital systems. Noise is variations that
interface with the desired signals and inhibit communication . Professor Niknejad stated noise is an
ever present part of all systems . Noise comes from the channels and in the communication equipment
(Brown). Most of the noise is consider undesired in most cases (Brown). The noise is usually random
(Brown). An example of unwanted noise that humans hear can be sight hissing and humming when
having a telephone conversation (Rouse). In digital communication noise cannot be avoided entirely
(Brown). Professor Niknejad wrote that noise degrades the throughput because it requires
retransmission of data packets or extra coding to recover the data in the presence of errors . There are
three ways that noise can be reduce in communication and digital systems (Brown). The first way is to
reduce the signal bandwidth. Another way is to increase the transmitter power. The final way to reduce
noise in communication and digital systems is to use low noise amplifiers for weak signals.

Title
You know, I just love Grace Kelly. Not because she was a princess, not because she was an actress, not
because she was my friend, but because she was just about the nicest lady I ever met. Grace brought
into my life as she brought into yours, a soft, warm light every time I saw her, and every time I saw
her was a holiday of its own. These words were echoed by James Stewart during Grace s funeral and
immortalized the image of the former Hollywood actress and beloved princess to her friends and
family (Pettinger). Princess Grace, whose birth name was Grace Kelly, lived an impactful life that will

Grace placed her and Stephanie s belongings into her Rover s backseat but soon realized that there
was not enough room to accommodate the chauffeur, Stephanie, and herself (Robinson). Grace then
made the decision to drive the car herself. As Grace was driving the Rover, she missed a difficult turn
two miles from La Turbie. The car then crashed into a safety wall and flipped several times in the air
as it tumbled 120 feet deep into trees (Robinson). Stephanie remembered that as Grace was driving,
she was complaining of a headache and soon after passed out. After regaining consciousness,
Stephania states that her mother appeared to be disoriented (Robinson). It was believed that Grace had
accidentaly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake but French doctors later concluded that Grace
had a mild cerebral hemorrhage while driving which caused her to loose control of the Rover

minutes but was not helped until moments later when people were able to understand her calls for

Persuasive Essay On How To Keep Dogs Safe In The Winter
No matter how much your pets may enjoy playing in the snow, they are still susceptible to a number
of risks including frostbite and hypothermia. Keep your favorite furry friends safe this winter with
these simple tips.
Bundle up and keep those furs on
Regardless of how beautiful and thick our beloved pets furs are, they won t totally keep off the cold.
For the same reason that mountain climbers can get hypothermia no matter what type of protective
clothing they are wearing, mammalian systems for heat retention and regulation can be overwhelmed
by excessive cold, Oregon veterinarian Marla J. McGeorge, DVM, told WebMD.
If you plan on taking your dogs out for a walk, keep them safe and warm by making them wear
sweaters before bracing the bitter cold. Meanwhile, cat lovers are advised not to let their furry friends
out during the winter season, as their fur coat only works when it s dry and they probably won t
tolerate wearing pet clothes for extra protection.
Wipe off those paws
While sprinkling salt on your pavement is a great idea to melt those ice, they are also harming your
pet s paws.
WebMD says that salt spread on the sidewalks actually burns the pads of your pooch s feet.
Furthermore, they also cause digestive problems when licked off.
Dr. Rebecca Ruch Gallie, service chief for the Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital
s community practice suggests wiping your dog s paws after a walk and rinsing them as soon as
possible if they stepped on

Deforestation Global Scale
This paper will examine the various components of deforestation on a local and global scale. The
following data seen throughout the research paper will analyze the different types of deforestation and
the detrimental impact it leaves on the earth.. I contributed my own data and analysis in analyzing the
time analysis of the concentration of carbon dioxide in the troposphere represented in Figure A. I
created a time analysis map with NASA Giovanni between 1980 and 2002. The time period was
chosen to represent the effects once deforestation began to increase around the 1980s. I also generated
a map of deforestation in California through Global Forest Watch.
II. Introduction
Climate change is such a prevalent topic of concern in modern day that it is important to understand
the contributions to it, deforestation being one of them. Deforestation exacerbates the already negative
consequences of climate change. Forests play a fundamental role in many different aspects of earth
systems and deforestation is decreasing the benefits of forests. Forests cover approximately thirty one
percent of the land cover in the world; however, 46 56 square miles of forestlands are lost each year
(World Wildlife Fund). As technology continues to advance and the world increasingly becomes more
industrialized, deforestation has the potential to get so extreme it will be difficult to go back and fix
the negative effects.

A Healthy Form Of Recreation
Bicycling is a healthy form of recreation that people all over the world participate in to various
degrees. As an exercise activity, cycling is recognized as a low impact sport that minimizes the
potential for damaged muscles or inflammation and soreness in the joints. That said, it s important to
be aware that cycling involves a repetitive motion, roughly 4000 pedal revolutions per hour for the
average recreational cyclist, in the hip, knee and ankle joints during the pedal stroke. Like all
repetitive activities, there is a potential for overuse injuries to develop if the proper mechanics of the
action are not identified and practiced. This report analyzes the proper mechanics of the pedal stroke,
identifies the main biomechanical causes attributed to overuse injuries in the hip, knee and ankle joints
and provides suggestions on how to correct those biomechanical differences through muscle
development and flexibility exercises.
Phases of the Pedal Stroke
The bicycle pedal stroke involving the lower limb consists of four phases within a 360 degree rotation.
As a point of reference, the top of the pedal stroke begins at 12 o clock, or 0 degrees, moving
clockwise. The focus here is to analyzing the three joints, hip, knee and ankle along the sagittal and
frontal planes. When viewing the three joints from the frontal plane, there should be vertical alignment
between the medial joints of the hip, knee and ankle. Angles of the three joints during pedal rotation

The Relationship Of Child Abuse And Father Daughter
The relationship of child abuse and father daughter incest
Angelica Flores
Washington State University Abstract
Father daughter incest is defined as any sexual act with a family member that is blood related or
closely related. Father daughter incest is the most common type of incest; this is more common than
mother son incest. Research shows that women are more likely to be sexually abused by men because
men are said to be stronger than women. Men can easily abuse women so women feel like they have
no other choice but letting themselves go. Psychotherapy is a way of therapy to help women with
insidious backgrounds. This essay contains different findings researchers have found from different
incest victims. Incest is defined as sexual intercourse or any type of sexual act with a family member
or any person closely related to the child. Incest can also be defined as a relationship with a step
parent/step child even if they are not blood related. The topic of incest is a very controversial subject
and can be seen as a taboo in the society because depending on the cultures, different cultures have
different thoughts on incest. Although incest can be viewed in different ways, incest is still considered
sexual abuse, simply because a child cannot give consent until the age of 18. Incest affects the child
physically, emotionally, and physiologically. Signs of incest/sexual abuse include unexplained injuries,
changes in behavior, or inappropriate sexual behavior to other

Hamlet is saying that the whole of Denmark is corrupt and bad and that if these weeds are not dug up
they will go to seed and spread more corruption around Denmark. Throughout the play Shakespeare
has a gardening theme written into it this reinforces the idea that Denmark is an unweeded garden.

Steering Behavior in Virtual Environment Essay
CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Overview
In 21st century where IT is affecting every aspect of life we can see the effect of computer, electronics
and modern machines in every domain. This big penetration in our life has demanded the automation
of all these machines. The automation or the quest to make them smarter and more independent has
led to seek applications in the fields of Steering behavior, Neural Network and Genetic Algorithms.
1.2 Steering Behavior in Virtual Environment
Steering Behaviors present solutions for one major requirement of intelligent agents in animation,
games, virtual reality and robotic movement: the ability to navigate around their world may be real
may be simulated in a life like and improvisational ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Depending upon the experimental configuration, changes can be done in destination, behavior,
acceleration, speed or manipulation of the intelligent agent. The approach taken in this paper is to
make steering behaviors as entirely independent from the underlying locomotion scheme. A simple
locomotion model will be presented in order to make the discussion of steering behaviors more
accurate. Our locomotion model is based on a simple vehicle model.
1.2.2 Virtual Agents
To cater the need of computer animation, interactive media such as games and virtual reality there is
need for intelligent agent, those who can navigate according to requirement. These agents may have
some ability to improvise their actions according to situation. This project will use the term intelligent
to denote these agents which are intelligent agents in a virtual world who may be interacting with
other agents. Intelligent agents are intended for use in computer animation and various interactive
media such as games and virtual reality. This project will use the term virtual to denote these agents
which, rather than being simulations of an electrical device in the real world, are instead intelligent
agents in a virtual world.
1.2.3 Behavior Hierarchy
In this project the term behavior is used to refer to the improvisational and life type actions of
intelligent agents. The behavior of an intelligent agent can be better understood by

Driving On The Road Rage
Drivers come in many different types, and each has their own characteristics. When you are driving,
you can encounter a lot of different types of drivers. The four most known ones are the aggressive
driver, the speeder, the kind driver, and the multitasker. All four of these characteristics are very
different so you will be able to tell which drivers fall in which categories. Every driver has a
destination they are trying to reach and these four characteristics of drivers have a different way of
reaching that destination. When you are driving on the roads, you will likely encounter an aggressive
driver. They usually make themselves noticeable by cutting people off and yelling at other drivers.
They seem to always be in a rush to get to their destination so they will do what they need to do to get
there. Other aggressive drivers can be the type to yell and curse at other drivers because of frustration
which is known as road rage. Someone that has road rage typically will get upset over something that
is not a big deal and yell at other drivers. These type of drivers are the ones people try to avoid so they
do not get involved in a confrontation so they just ignore them. No matter where you are driving, there
are drivers that speed all around you. Some people will go twenty miles an hour over the speed limit
just because they want to get to their destination faster. They will cut people off just to be able to

The Impact Of The Catholic Reformation
The Catholic Reformation was initiated after the Protestant Reformation as a way to resolve the
problems within the church. The Catholic Church started to lose many followers because people began
to convert to Lutheranism or Calvinism. Already, parts of Germany, Scandinavia, Switzerland, France,
the Netherlands, and parts of eastern Europe separated from Rome. Without, the revenue that these
countries provided the pope would not have enough money to support the construction of new
buildings. In addition, the separation amongst religious beliefs divided Europe. Therefore, the
Catholic Church began to adjust medieval Catholicism, so that it would conform with new conditions.
The Catholic Reformation was successful in the aspect that it lead the way for further reform within
the Catholic Church. During the Catholic Reformation, reform within the church and religious revivals
were the main focus. The revival of religious orders was beneficial to the reform of Catholicism
because they assisted in spreading the Gospel. Earlier religious orders such as, the Benedictines and
Dominicans were restored and renewed. In the same manner, new orders emerged as well. They were

Technology Is The Technology For The Nextgen
Blockchain technology came into existence in 2011 with Bitcoins, the digital cryptocurrency. At the
onset, Bitcoins were used mainly in the darknet and thus developed a shady controversial image. But,
with 15.8 million (Blockchain Info , n.d.) Bitcoins in existence at this moment, they are surely gaining
popularity. It isn t really this crypto currency, but the underlying Blockchain Technology engine has
huge potential in the future. Recently, there is an increasing distrust in the centralized systems like the

numerous industries like music, healthcare, ecommerce, etc. In this prospective no middle man world,
Blockchain is liking to be the driving force for almost all the transaction based system. Also, with big

Strengths And Weaknesses Of Virtues
Virtues he tells us are like diverse judgments of excellence or admirableness and you cannot reduce to
a single principle explanation of what it is excellent. He makes a comparison X seems excellent, but
why? Because X has characteristics of A, B, and C which are excellent. He goes on to tell us that he
naturally begins to think why are they excellent and what is excellent about them. He says most
people will reflect on this and will come up with different reasons and it can just keep going on there
might not be a stopping point. He talks about each step taking us further from our explanation why
they are good or can even weaken why we think it is excellent. He states that this process agrees with
structural virtues.
He speaks to us that a particular person s moral character is a big discussion of their particular traits.
He says that if we think courage, generosity and justice are virtues and we need to think about other
things that are equal and that is more excellent. He compares courageous with cowardly and generous
with stingy and kind with unjust ways. He tells us that his book involves much reflection about traits
traditionally regarded as virtues.
He explains to us that a person must not only have a number of excellent traits but one must have
them all put together as a whole. He compares a soldier who is fighting for an unjust cause. He is
showing courage by fighting but is fighting for an unjust cause showing virtue. This is why he

Los Angeles, Five High Schools Essay
Throughout many cities, in specifically Los Angeles, five high schools were faced with
discrimination. Lincoln, Garfield, Wilson, Belmont, Roosevelt high schools was targeted in many
racist ways. These high schools had restricted rules towards students. Majority of the student
populations in these schools were Latinxs. They faced problems that were not as necessary
problematic. According to Jose Angel Gutierrez, English was the only language allowed spoken in the
classroom and schoolyard. Severe punishment awaited the bold who uttered their native Spanish
language within earshot of school officials (2). Students were forbidden to speak Spanish during
school hours. Students were forbidden from using the bathroom, especially during lunchtime. Students
were denied to be taught their Mexican American history. Students were mostly being led into the
labor industry instead of going to college and getting a degree. According to E. Esparza (2006), We
had a huge conference that summer of 1967, in which college students there were a couple of hundred
came together from throughout Southern California. It was basically almost everyone who was in
college then, because there was less than 2% of all Chicanos that even enrolled in college . Students
were discriminated by many teachers and administrators. Administrators were not responsible and
repeatedly called out, leaving small staff to teach the students. Students did not only receive these
discriminatory actions, they also

Full Inclusion
Perhaps the most extensively and passionately discussed topic in special education in recent years has
been the topic of inclusion. Even though an agreed upon explanation of full inclusion does not exist,
full inclusion refers to the total integration of a student with disabilities into the regular education
program with special support. In full inclusion, the student s main placement is in the general
educational classroom. Students do not reside in a resource room nor are they assigned to a special
education classroom. Consequently, the student with disabilities is a member of the general education
class. On the other hand the student with special needs does not need to be in the general class 100
percent of the time, but can leave the class

Similarities And Differences Between Football And Soccer
Arguments about football and soccer have been ongoing since both sports gained popularity over a
hundred years ago, which leads us to the controversies commonly seen today. To begin with, the
question over the name of the sports has been viewed as a major issue since football and soccer
became widely known. I experienced this issue first hand when I traveled to Germany and Sweden last
summer for a soccer tournament and instantly noticed the difference from the moment I arrived. All of
the signs and the people called soccer football and it came as a complete surprise to me, but their
passion for the game remained just as strong or even stronger than seen in North America. Soccer, also
termed the beautiful game , was first given the name ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In order to score, the team with the ball must cross the end zone without having an illegal play,
otherwise known as a flag. The team is awarded 6 points and the kicker must either kick a Point After
Touchdown (PAT) for an additional point or the team can attempt to score two points by attempting to
again cross the end zone, but this time starting from the two yard line. The rules of soccer, however,
completely differ from those of American football. Like football there are 11 players on the field with
specific positions, but the object of soccer is for a player to get the ball into the other team s goal by
using any part of the body except the player s hands and arms. The goalie is the only player allowed to
touch the ball with the hands and arms and then only while he is located in his own penalty area
(upperdublinsoccerclub.org). If any of these rules are broken by the players, the referee gives the
player either a yellow card as a warning or a red card for an automatic ejection from the game. So, as
you can see, whereas football primarily utilizes your hands, soccer leverages everything but your
hands. In addition to this, all soccer players are required to wear shin guards and soccer cleats, but if it
is organized soccer, a team jersey, team shorts, and long socks are also required. In football, however,
the players are required to wear much more: football cleats, shoulder pads, thigh pads, knee pads, hip
pads, mouthguard, jockstrap, cup, neck

The Lesbian, Gay, And Bisexual People Coming Out
My topic is about the Lesbian, Gay, and bisexual people coming out. It is about the LBG identifying
their sexual the coming out process. The most difficult time for them are to come out show people
who they truly are. Coming out to the world is not that easy for them. They need to be very brave to
face the new challenges. For ethical/racial LGB, coming out process is very hard due to their cultural
factors. There are 145 LGB youth are examined in the Ethical/racial differences. Coming out is the big
process due to their culture and family these people will no come our easily. Some black youth were
reported that they were few black youth who got involved in gay social activities. These people are
reported as a less comforted with others ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Also, for those that culture is everything for them.
It is an important topic because this topic it is the big trend that is going right now. I always wanted to
know what it is life to come out. After coming out how people life style changed in psychologically.
This is the great topic where I can learn about these people and about their behaviors too. Some
researcher are arguing about having the cultural pressure effecting their life like how family is
important, their religious values they won t come out easily. Some researcher said that the white LBG
lead the ethical/racial individually to distance them. However, it affects all the cultures by pressuring
against the homosexuality and ethical/racial. Researcher has a different question what are their
positive attitudes toward homosexuality? Other questions are about what you think about sex, do you
think of yourself a lesbian/gay, bisexual, or straight? The other interesting questions were about how
certain are you being bisexual at this point? And how confortable is you with you lesbian/gay side?
There were quite few questions they asked but these are most interesting one. I think they gave some
clues by asking about their age and there first erotically attraction to or their first fantasized about
were they aroused by erotica focusing on the same sex. The youth really thought that they were LGB.
They trying to fill in the youth their ages were male and females ages

Usfk General Order To The Rangers Case Analysis
(4) It is clear the information regarding the application of the USFK General Order to the Rangers was
disseminated to the company. It is also apparent that CPT Jorgensen had at least some knowledge of
this fact. At some point there was serious consideration by CPT Ferriter to call MG Deedrick to ask
for an exception to policy for his men to cover the weekend, particularly because there was an MWR
ski trip planned for Friday 11 MAR 16. CPT Ferriter eventually decided it was not prudent to make
that request and never asked MG Deedrick for the exception.
(5) It appears a second officer in the Company, the FSO 1LT Finlay, was also confused as to the
application of the policy to the B Co Rangers for weekend. In his statement (Exhibit 11) ... Show more

hear anything CPT Jorgensen said, nor is he able to confirm or deny that CPT Jorgensen lied to CPT

(6) Due to the lack of substantiating evidence or corroborating witness testimony, I am unable to
conclude that CPT Jorgensen committed the act of lying to a superior Officer. It is the opinion of this
investigator that the situation was more a result of miscommunication and lack of details at the time of
the calls, coupled with CPT Jorgensen s hung over and exhausted state, than that of an intentional

Critical Analysis Of I Am Trying To Break Your Heart
Kevin Young s I am Trying to Break Your Heart examines the dark and chaotic nature of trying to heal
from emotional damage. Addressing a lover, the speaker uses twisted and macabre diction to describe
the dark feelings that brew within him. These sinister desires to harm the lover shine through in the
terse language and erratic structure, as well as. The 2008 poem alludes to a Wilco song of the same
name, wherein the speaker describes his heartache after leaving his lover and facing regret concerning
the situation. This is alluded to in stanzas 12 and 13 when Young writes ... I assassin / down the
avenue, (22 23) the second line of the song. Without taking note of this allusion, the poem would seem
as if Young is portraying himself as a manipulator seeking to gain power over his lover. But through
referencing the 2002 song I am Trying to Break Your Heart by Jeff Tweedy, Young clarifies his intent.
The poem is meant to illustrate the chaotic and destructive nature of healing from emotional damage,
showing how a love lost can leave an individual scarred and vengeful. Young begins the poem by
indirectly addressing his lover, saying I am hoping / to hang your head. This creates a dark tone from
the offset, implying that the speaker wants to harm the intended recipient of the poem. He then goes
on in the second stanza to say he would hang the lover s head on his wall in shame. This evokes an
image of taxidermy, which is meant to objectify and dehumanize the

The Pope, who had the responsibility of running the Catholic Church, also ruled Rome. As the power of the northern city states grew the Papacy increasingly became an international politician rather than a spiritual leader. Nevertheless, Rome was the victim of a decline that had destroyed the ancient city during the Middle Ages which had grown once again under papal leadership during the Renaissance. Venice and Milan also grew wealthy and powerful which both had large roles in Italian politics. Venice was ruled by oligarchy in the hands of Great Council of noble families, and Milan by a strong monarchy that produced a line of powerful dukes. The art works during the Middle Ages were quite breathtaking because the artists were able to capture the period of Renaissance and incorporate it through their paintings. The arts reflected the deep interest in religion but the artist would also focus on portraits of people, landscapes or scenes of everyday life. The ending of fifteenth century there were three main artists Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo Buonarroti and Raphael Sanzio who enlighten their paintings and sculptures with their unique touch and own personality. Previous seasons of injury and players being ridden to exhaustion have kept Chicago s running game from playing at its full potential throughout a complete season. The droop based control algorithms are popular due to their coordination capability among various power rating units together with flexibility and reliability. The concept of droop based power control is valid for the both high voltage (HV) transmission line and low voltage (LV) distribution line, although it has some limitations. As an exercise activity, cycling is recognized as a low impact sport that minimizes the potential for damaged muscles or inflammation and soreness in the joints. That said, it s important to be aware that cycling involves a repetitive motion, roughly 4000 pedal revolutions per hour for the average recreational cyclist, in the hip, knee and ankle joints during the pedal stroke. Like all repetitive activities, there is a potential for overuse injuries to develop if the proper mechanics of the action are not identified and practiced. This report analyzes the proper mechanics of the pedal stroke, identifies the main biomechanical causes attributed to overuse injuries in the hip, knee and ankle joints and provides suggestions on how to correct those biomechanical differences through muscle development and flexibility exercises. Phases of the Pedal Stroke The bicycle pedal stroke involving the lower limb consists of four phases within a 360 degree rotation. As a point of reference, the top of the pedal stroke begins at 12 o clock, or 0 degrees, moving clockwise. The focus here is to analyzing the three joints, hip, knee and ankle along the sagittal and frontal planes. When viewing the three joints from the frontal plane, there should be vertical alignment between the medial joints of the hip, knee and ankle. Angles of the three joints during pedal rotation are ... • 29. The Relationship Of Child Abuse And Father Daughter The relationship of child abuse and father daughter incest Angelica Flores Washington State University Abstract Father daughter incest is defined as any sexual act with a family member that is blood related or closely related. Father daughter incest is the most common type of incest; this is more common than mother son incest. Research shows that women are more likely to be sexually abused by men because men are said to be stronger than women. Men can easily abuse women so women feel like they have no other choice but letting themselves go. Psychotherapy is a way of therapy to help women with insidious backgrounds. This essay contains different findings researchers have found from different incest victims. Incest is defined as sexual intercourse or any type of sexual act with a family member or any person closely related to the child. Incest can also be defined as a relationship with a step parent/step child even if they are not blood related. The topic of incest is a very controversial subject and can be seen as a taboo in the society because depending on the cultures, different cultures have different thoughts on incest. Although incest can be viewed in different ways, incest is still considered sexual abuse, simply because a child cannot give consent until the age of 18. Incest affects the child physically, emotionally, and physiologically. Signs of incest/sexual abuse include unexplained injuries, changes in behavior, or inappropriate sexual behavior to other ... The team is awarded 6 points and the kicker must either kick a Point After Touchdown (PAT) for an additional point or the team can attempt to score two points by attempting to again cross the end zone, but this time starting from the two yard line. The rules of soccer, however, completely differ from those of American football. Like football there are 11 players on the field with specific positions, but the object of soccer is for a player to get the ball into the other team s goal by using any part of the body except the player s hands and arms. The goalie is the only player allowed to touch the ball with the hands and arms and then only while he is located in his own penalty area (upperdublinsoccerclub.org). Some researcher are arguing about having the cultural pressure effecting their life like how family is important, their religious values they won t come out easily. Some researcher said that the white LBG lead the ethical/racial individually to distance them. However, it affects all the cultures by pressuring against the homosexuality and ethical/racial. Researcher has a different question what are their positive attitudes toward homosexuality? Other questions are about what you think about sex, do you think of yourself a lesbian/gay, bisexual, or straight? The other interesting questions were about how certain are you being bisexual at this point? And how confortable is you with you lesbian/gay side? • 49. Usfk General Order To The Rangers Case Analysis (4) It is clear the information regarding the application of the USFK General Order to the Rangers was disseminated to the company. At some point there was serious consideration by CPT Ferriter to call MG Deedrick to ask for an exception to policy for his men to cover the weekend, particularly because there was an MWR ski trip planned for Friday 11 MAR 16. These sinister desires to harm the lover shine through in the terse language and erratic structure, as well as. The 2008 poem alludes to a Wilco song of the same name, wherein the speaker describes his heartache after leaving his lover and facing regret concerning the situation. This is alluded to in stanzas 12 and 13 when Young writes ... I assassin / down the avenue, (22 23) the second line of the song. Without taking note of this allusion, the poem would seem as if Young is portraying himself as a manipulator seeking to gain power over his lover. But through referencing the 2002 song I am Trying to Break Your Heart by Jeff Tweedy, Young clarifies his intent. The poem is meant to illustrate the chaotic and destructive nature of healing from emotional damage, showing how a love lost can leave an individual scarred and vengeful. Young begins the poem by indirectly addressing his lover, saying I am hoping / to hang your head. This creates a dark tone from the offset, implying that the speaker wants to harm the intended recipient of the poem. He then goes on in the second stanza to say he would hang the lover s head on his wall in shame. This evokes an image of taxidermy, which is meant to objectify and dehumanize the ...
