The document discusses the global water cycle and distribution of water on Earth. Most of Earth's water is salt water located in oceans, while only 2% is fresh water found in lakes, rivers, and underground aquifers. The water cycle involves evaporation of water from bodies of water into clouds, which condenses and falls as precipitation back to Earth. Humans have significantly impacted water through use for agriculture, industry, trade, and more, with 2/3 of the population dependent on fish and water used for power generation and transportation.

Marine life, or sea life or ocean life, is the plants, animals and other organisms that live in the salt water of the sea or ocean, or the brackish water of coastal estuaries. At a fundamental level, marine life helps determine the very nature of our planet. Marine organisms produce much of the oxygen we breathe. Shorelines are in part shaped and protected by marine life, and some marine organisms even help create new land.
Water is the most precious gift of mother nature. Hydrology is the scientific study of the origin, occurrence, properties, distribution, and effects of water on the Earth’s surface, in the soil and in the underlying rocks, and also in the atmosphere. This module explain's the distribution of water in the global hydrosphere.
Introduction, Models, Types of estuaries on the basis of origin; Salinity condition or freshwater discharge; Circulation; Estuaries in India; Estuaries as ecosystem; Why are estuaries important; Threats ;How can we help to protect them; Conclusion.

This power point presentation is all about water resources and its characteristics. It is presented by Ram Angeles and Frank Gutierrez of section 11- San Juan from Rizal Technological University
This is our group work in our science subject. We are assigned to make a power point presentation in order for us to understand and share our knowledge in the given chapter. We hope that you learned from the presentation the we have presented, thank you and good luck!
How to Make a Field invisible in Odoo 17Celine George
It is possible to hide or invisible some fields in odoo. Commonly using “invisible” attribute in the field definition to invisible the fields. This slide will show how to make a field invisible in odoo 17.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

Acetabularia Information For Class 9 .docxvaibhavrinwa19
Acetabularia acetabulum is a single-celled green alga that in its vegetative state is morphologically differentiated into a basal rhizoid and an axially elongated stalk, which bears whorls of branching hairs. The single diploid nucleus resides in the rhizoid.
2. Location of Water The Earth is 70% water Most of the water is salt water Only 2% of water is fresh, which we drink
3. Location of Water pg 2 The most fresh water is in lakes and rivers, and some pockets of underground water called aquifers There are five oceans, the Atlantic (the saltiest),The Pacific(the largest), the Indian, the Southern and the Arctic
4. The water is evaporated from the ocean, lakes, and rivers and then condenses into cloudsWhen the clouds get to heavy the water falls to the surface as rain, snow, sleet and hailWater Cycle The amount of water on Earth is the same water that has been here for thousands of years
5. Water Cycle The water is evaporated from the ocean, lakes, and rivers and then condenses into clouds When the clouds get to heavy the water falls to the surface as rain, snow, sleet and hail The precipitation then collects into rivers, lakes, ponds and oceans
6. Topography of the ocean pg. 1 The sediment of the ocean is made up of eroded land soil, rock, sand and ooze which is made up of dead creatures and protists The ocean floor consist of plains, trenches, and under water mountains formed by volcanoes
7. Topography of the ocean pg. 2 Coral reefs are living ecosystems made up of the shells of dead animals When coral absorb calcium from the water the coral makes a hard outer shell
8. Tides and currents The water on Earth is always moving Water currents are caused by wind and density over the water cold water is denser then warm water meaning that the warm water rises above the cold water Salt water is also denser than fresh water
9. Tides and currents The ocean tides are effected by the moon’s pull on the earth When the moon stretches the water it creates a bulge and is the high tide The spots in between the high tide is the low tide
10. How Humans Effect the Water Humans have a huge impact on water Ever since prehistoric civilization man has used water for food, trade, travel, and power
11. How Humans Effect the Water pg2 Mills were used to grind grain into flour and is now used to spin turbines to produce electricity 2/3 of earths population is dependent on fish for food Millions of crates are delivered to ports around the world and is a major source of trade
