Aloe Vera is a succulent plant species of the genus Aloe. An evergreen
perennial, it originates from the Arabian Peninsula but grows wild in tropical
climates around the world and is cultivated for agricultural and medicinal
uses.
Aloe Vera grows to a height of 12 to 16 inches. It has a fibrous root system. It
does not have stems. It has thick freshly leaves with sharp points, which are
up to 18 inches long and 2 inches wide at the base.

catalase , cellulose , liphase , peroxidase ,aliise ,alkaline phosephate .
Minerals: It provides calcium, copper, chromium, selenium, magnesium, zinc, sodium.
Sugars: It provide monosaccharide and polysaccharides.
Anthraquinones: It provides 12 Anthraquinones which are known as laxative.
Fatty acid: It provides 4 plant steroids. Like as cholesterol.
Hormones: Auxins.
Active components:
• Stimulation of macrophage and fibroblast activity, increased collagen and proteoglycan
synthesis.
• Mannose-6-phosphate binds to growth factor receptor on fibroblasts and enhances
their activity.
• Inhibition of Thromboxan A2
• Inhibitory effect on release of reactive oxygen species from human neutrophils by
reducing intracellular free calcium levels
