I was learning how to calculate the value of x in a triangle and a 
Square

Because that is something I am bad at.

went in relation to the Success Criteria and Exemplars) 
I think I was slightly successful as I managed to do a few few 
questions 
4. What do you need help to understand? (Plus what are 
your Next Steps and how do you know what they are?) 
My next steps are to properly understand how to do this activity 
5. What helped you to learn? (Activities, Class Environment, 
Teacher, Others, What You Did to help yourself focus?)
