This document proposes an Alexa skill that provides students in an EECS course common issues and pitfalls encountered in past projects, as an alternative to waiting for responses on Piazza or office hours. It summarizes user testing of a minimum viable product that found hints were helpful but could be improved by breaking them into smaller clusters and making them more conversational. The team will work on these shortcomings for the next version.
