This document provides a user guide for AIESEC Singapore's Customer Relations Management (CRM) platform. It introduces the login process and dashboard interface for accessing tasks and updates. The top toolbar allows users to add new records, access settings, cases, tasks, and switch between modules for people, organizations, opportunities, and sales pipeline. It also provides links to video tutorials demonstrating how to add organizations, open opportunities, manage cases, and use search and list functions.
