Main AIDA benefits are Customer Focused: AiDA automatically produces an acknowledgment letter once a request has been made and records this in a correspondence audit trial. AiDA automatically produces quarterly letters keeping tenants informed of the requests progress. The letters are configurable. Any correspondence via AIDA can be viewed from the Documents tabKeep tenants informed via the waiting list users of the system can inform tenants of their current position and estimated target dateRequests for adaptations are categorised and valued and placed on the relevant waiting list. Users of the system can see at a glance the total estimated cost of all requests and individual target dates for completion.From the waiting list it is easy to manage the full life cycle of adaptations.

AIDA uses extensive reporting to help users with Performance monitoring – From initial request through to installation AiDA records dates at each stage of the process. Using a variety of performance reports or the bespoke reporting tool mean that any delays in the process are captured and easily highlighted, be it with the assessment or internal processes or the contractor completing the job.
