Doing so in LARGE organisations is harder.
Some wins and many learnings as a scrum master, agile
coach, team member, servant leader, entrepreneur,
intrapreneur, son, sibling, husband, father, friend… human.
As an agile practitioner
I want to share some wins and lessons about pragmatically
facilitating mindset change in individuals, teams and
organizations
So that society gets better at responding to complexity and
change
As a person
I want courage to have open/transparent conversations,
That are respectful of people and focused on our learning
So that I remain committed to my continuous improvement.
