In the present, both management and learning teams face challenges like business needs not being aligned to training, outdated values training, and growing impatience. Looking to the future, practical strategies will need to be designed and implemented to prepare for the increasingly hostile ecosystem and ensure business compulsions are aligned with the common mission.
