It recommends collecting feedback from bosses, peers, direct reports, and customers at 45-60 and 90-120 days using a standardized survey. The survey assesses cultural fit, relationships, knowledge, and stakeholder perceptions. It provides quantitative and qualitative feedback to help leaders adjust and increase performance, engagement, and retention. Using this tool provides data on onboarding challenges and opportunities to improve selection and onboarding processes.
