• suitable for 15 years old and above
• may be racist, homophobic and other discriminatory themes
• drug use but not promote or encourage
• dangerous behaviour, shouldn't dwell
• strong language
• nudity without strong detail, sexual activity may be portrayed
without strong detail
• strong threat and horror, violence but shouldn't dwell on
the infliction of pain and injury

• suitable only for adults, no one younger than 18 can go to the
cinema and watch a 18 rated film
• the material can be breach of criminal law
• portrayal of violent and dangerous acts, material risks harm to an
individual or through their behaviour in society
• illegal drug use may cause harm to public health and morals
• more explicit images of sexual activity

5. For our film opening we would suggest that its a 15 age
rating. This is because we include dark themes and a
strong threat to violence with a complex suspenseful plot
and dangerous behaviour.
