Backed by strong fundamentals and commendable growth in the past three to four years, the resplendent Indian Economy is poised to grow even further at an average of 8 to 10% in the next 3 years.
Transport requirement in the country, being primarily a derived demand, is slated to increase with elasticity of 1.25 with GDP growth by 10 to 12% in the medium and long term range. Riding on the waves of economic success, Indian Railways has witnessed a dramatic turn around and unprecedented financial turnover in the last two and a half years. This has been made possible by higher freight volumes without substantial investment in infrastructure, increased axle load, reduction of turn-round time of rolling stock, reduced unit cost of transportation, rationalization of tariffs resulting in improvement in market share and improved operational margins. Over the last 2 to 3 years, the railway freight traffic has grown by 8 to 11%, which is projected to cross 1100 million tonnes by the end of 11th Five Year Plan.

Gujarat’s ports to become major drivers of economyVibrant Gujarat
Gujarat's ports are poised to become major drivers of the state's economy. The state has a coastline of 1600 km and the highest number of operational ports and commercial cargo ports in India. Major private ports under development include Mundra, Pipavav, Dahej, and Hazira. Greenfield ports are planned in multiple locations to further increase capacity. Significant investments are being made to expand existing ports and develop new ports and shipping infrastructure like shipyards. Railway and road connectivity projects connect the ports to industrial areas. Gujarat's ports have strategic advantages and handle a growing percentage of India's cargo throughput due to liberal policies and incentives that promote private sector participation in the port sector.
The exporter books an air freight flight, arranges for the cargo to be delivered to the airport and loaded onto the aircraft. The aircraft then flies to the destination airport where the cargo is unloaded and cleared by customs and transportation agents before being delivered to the importer's warehouse. Proper documentation such as the HAWB, export permits, and import permits are required to facilitate the international air freight of goods.

This document summarizes several factors that can lead to interpersonal attraction according to social psychology research: physical appearance/beauty, personality, proximity, and similarity. Studies discussed found that people tend to see attractive, beautiful people as more desirable and competent. Additionally, having a warm, kind, or exciting personality is attractive to others. Proximity, or spending time near others, increases comfort levels and likelihood of attraction. Similarity in characteristics and interests between people also reduces conflicts. Reciprocated liking and gaining the approval of someone who was initially unimpressed can be especially rewarding.
The term import is derived from the conceptual meaning as to bring in the goods and services into the port of a country. The buyer of such goods and services is referred to an "importer" who is based in the country of import where the overseas based seller is referred to as an "exporter". Thus an import is any good(e.g. a commodity) or service brought in from one country to another country in a legitimate fashion, typically for use in trade. It is a good that is brought in from another country for sale. Imported goods or services are provided to domestic consumers by foreign producers. An import in the receiving country is an export to the sending country.

Understanding User Needs and Satisfying ThemAggregage
https://www.productmanagementtoday.com/frs/26903918/understanding-user-needs-and-satisfying-them
We know we want to create products which our customers find to be valuable. Whether we label it as customer-centric or product-led depends on how long we've been doing product management. There are three challenges we face when doing this. The obvious challenge is figuring out what our users need; the non-obvious challenges are in creating a shared understanding of those needs and in sensing if what we're doing is meeting those needs.
In this webinar, we won't focus on the research methods for discovering user-needs. We will focus on synthesis of the needs we discover, communication and alignment tools, and how we operationalize addressing those needs.
Industry expert Scott Sehlhorst will:
• Introduce a taxonomy for user goals with real world examples
• Present the Onion Diagram, a tool for contextualizing task-level goals
• Illustrate how customer journey maps capture activity-level and task-level goals
• Demonstrate the best approach to selection and prioritization of user-goals to address
• Highlight the crucial benchmarks, observable changes, in ensuring fulfillment of customer needs
