Rhianne Liberty Gibbs has signed an actor release form granting Jessica Hooker permission to photograph and record her for a student music video titled "Cry Baby - The Neighbourhood". The music video will depict two characters reacting differently to a breakup, one negatively and one positively. Rhianne will need to lip sync and act to the song "Cry Baby" by The Neighbourhood while wearing a black dress and jacket and red lipstick. She has agreed to stay after school until 6:30pm and attend additional shoots, including one in central London in the evening. Rhianne understands she must adhere to the agreed upon schedule and make herself available for reshoots if needed.

I Rhianne Liberty Gibbs hereby grant to Jessica Hooker the right to photograph me and
to record my voice, performances, poses, actions, plays and appearances, and use my
picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of my physical likeness in
connection with the student motion picture tentatively entitled Cry Baby- The
Neighbourhood
Production Synopsis
The production will be a music video revolved around a previously occurring breakup
and how two different characters react differently to it, one negative, the other
positive.
Actor Role
Will Need to act and lip sing to the words of CRY BABY BY THE
NEIGHBOURHOOD. Will need to supply a black dress and jacket and be in full
makeup, with RED LIPSTICK. The actor must be willing to stay till 6:30 after school
at the latest. Will also be required to attend more than one shoot, one of which will be
in central London in the evening.

schedule agreed to prior to the beginning of my engagement. Additionally, I agree, to
the best of my ability, to make myself available should it be necessary to undertake re-
shoots.
