The Project ASAP accomplishment report summarizes the progress and results of a program implemented at Kasiglahan Village Elementary School. The objectives of Project ASAP were to identify and help students lagging or at risk of dropping out due to the pandemic, and to improve student performance by 1-2% per quarter. Through personalized support and intervention strategies, the school maintained zero students with incomplete grades or who dropped out. Student average grades increased from 83.88% in the first quarter to 87.33% in the fourth quarter, meeting the objective of improved performance. The data demonstrates that early intervention can prevent students from potential academic issues and dropping out. Project ASAP has shown commendable impact at the school.
