challenging. Our family struggled with this dilemma for many years, until we went on a cruise
vacation. There, we found the vacation of our dreams. We had a solid week that we did not have
to drive anywhere, cook, wash dishes, clean anything, or even make the bed. Because one can travel
in luxurious accommodations to exotic ports of call, enjoy fine cuisine, service and entertainment
for an economical price, cruising is the best vacation one can take.
Cruise ships leave daily from locations all over the world and sail to many wonderful ports of
call. One can go to the Caribbean, Mexico, Bahamas, Hawaii, Alaska, Europe, or even take a cruise

The staff members that implement the program do not have educational, mental health training, or
licensure requirements. However, program kits are required. The program kits are about $400. The
kits are full of useful information and resources. Some of the things that are included are program
implementation guides, student response cards, Will to Live packets, student newsletters, access to
online resources, and the Brief Screen for Adolescent Depression (BSAD) forms. The program also
has an interactive training module online for school staff and supporters.
Research on this program has shown a favorable outcome of reduced suicide. At a 3 month posttest,
it was found that intervention high school students were less likely than control students to report
having had suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts ( SAMHSA, 2014). Results were taken from
questionnaires. This program, however, is ineffective for increasing the receipt of mental health
and/or substance abuse treatment and ineffective for increasing social competence related to help

of Investigation (FBI) between 2000 and 2005. It was built to replace the FBI s old case
management system named Automated Case Support (ACS) system. VCF was a third component
of FBI s Trilogy Project. The first component of the Trilogy project was upgrading of software and

3.3Clear Statement of Requirements
According to Mueller (2005), the FBI did not have complete set of system requirements when the
contract was awarded to SAIC. Even though the FBI had an 800 plus requirements document, the
requirements were too complicated, incomplete and not sufficiently defined. Also the requirements
documents focused more on the finer details of the system layout instead of the high level
functions of the system (Goldstein, 2005). Failure of the VCF project was also caused by
continuously changing requirements. During the project life cycle, the FBI made 400 change
requests most of which had major impact on what was already designed and produced.
3.4Proper planning
The VCF project lacked of proper planning. Firstly, the FBI had no Chief Information Officer (CIO)
at the start of the project. Without a CIO, the FBI had no standard software infrastructure. The FBI
had 23 divisions, each with their own IT budget, investigations database and applications
(Goldstein, 2005).
Secondly, the FBI had no Enterprise Architecture (EA) in place to assist them in making effective
decisions about IT projects. This shortage lead to the SAIC developers having no formal
documentation of how the FBI s IT structure and systems are mapped to its processes to guide
them during the development of the VCF system. Also SAIC was awarded a contract that did not
have a defined project schedule and milestones.

The program logic is written in embedded c program by using Kiel micro vision environment. The
program written is then converted in the hex code after simulation and burned onto the

know the factors that could affect this. The use of microcosm experiments can be used to give
information into how ecological communities will be affected by climate change. In this study
sampled populations of the species Paramecium and Euglena were taken over 5 days at different
temperatures using PCR, Microscopes, Serial dilution and spectrophotometry techniques. The
results gathered form over the 5 days showed that increasing temperature over time has an effect on
the microcosms, negatively and positively. This experiment proved that the increase in temperature
through climate change has an effect on ecosystems by stimulating reproduction, interaction and

Clinical trials with various combinations of doxorubicin, bleomycin and a platinum based agent
