School shootings have become a major problem not only in South Carolina, but in
the United States. School shootings have shockingly become more likely now than
ever. A recent report showed that over 230 school shootings have arose since 2013,
meaning that there has been at least 1 school shooting per week for the last 4 years.
Once students experience these traumatic happenings, the district as a whole receives
lower standardized test scores, lessened student enrollment and even frightened
parents. Parents begin to lose faith in the school system and no longer find comfort
in sending their child to and from that school. By definition, school shootings are
anytime a firearm discharges a live round inside a school building or on a school

A common problem with public goods is the free rider problem. The free rider
problem occurs when people want to use a public good, but do not want to pay for
it. The reduction of greenhouse gasses should be a global effort. The benefits are
vague and provided in the future, there is little incentives to reduce emission. If the

According to Ivey and Fisher (2005), the use of Sustained Silent Reading has long
been a practice in the United States. Lyman Hunt proposed an independent reading
program in the 1960s, and it was implemented in many public schools in the 1970s
(Jensen and Jensen 2002). Originally it was called Uninterrupted Sustained Silent
Reading (USSR). He noticed that that when students were allowed to choose reading
materials, which interested them, the students increased reading levels (Hunt 1997).

INVESTIGATION: On 09 01 2015 at 0750 hours, I was notified of a fatal traffic
crash that occurred at the intersection of Kings Avenue and Lumsden Road. I
responded to the crash scene and upon arrival at approximately 0800 hours, I was
assigned as to forensically map the scene. I observed a silver Lexus GS 300 sedan,
stopped within the outside lane of Lumsden Road, east of Kings Avenue. The Lexus
had damage to the front bumper, left front quarter panel, hood, windshield and roof.
The damage was caused when the Lexus struck the bicyclist. West of the silver
Lexus and stopped in the median lane of westbound of Lumsden Road, was a tan

through the costuming choices, dialogues , the shots and angles. In this essay , I
will analyze the last scene of a movie which perfectly underlines the theme of the
movie freedom for students to make their own decisions even if it is unpredictable.
When you watch the movie you feel negative emotionally and from the beginning to
the end you wait something good to happen as a viewer you have a feelingthat in
some point of the movie everything is going to change and become more clear you
are waiting that there will be a moment when these students are going to change the
way they think , the way they talk to their parents as a teenager you have a feeling
that there will be a moment when they are going to tell the parents that they wantto
live and make decisions considering their own opinion and they don t care what their
dad or mom wants them to become because they think different , they feel different
and they want to live different. The reason why I chose a last scene is that even after
their best friend died they don t change anything in their personality until last scene.
