The Effect Of Planning And Control To Bureaucracy Behavior In The Improving Service Quality On Department Of Population And Civil Registration Dki Jakarta,Indonesia
The main problem in this study is the service quality in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Jakarta is considered optimal. Bureaucratic behavior, presumably as a result of poor planning and oversight that cannot be implemented properly. The purpose of this research is to gain any influence planning on the bureaucratic behavior, monitoring on bureaucratic behavior, and the influence of bureaucratic behavior on the service quality and to obtain a new concept for the development of science and useful and can be applied in the community, especially in the Department of Population and Civil Jakarta. The method used in this study is non-experimental survey method with sampling Stratified Random Sampling. Technical analysis is the data used path analysis. Test the validity of the instrument using the Pearson correlation test product moment and reliability of the instrument using Cronbach alpha The results showed that the positive effect the planning on the bureaucracy behavior, oversight positive effect controlling on the behavior of bureaucracy and positive effect bureaucratic behavior on service quality. The findings in this study are not routinely conducted surveillance dimension thus potentially deviant bureaucracy behavior is not optimal to improve the service quality. The implications of this research are bureaucratic behavior is important in improving Service quality.
Several efforts have been made to measure the government performance at national and sub-national levels. Our effort build on an existing framework for measuring service delivery. Though the previous tool, which has been applied to study the select federal government ministries includes supply side governance and accountability indicators, there is, however, a need to also incorporate demand side indicators to capture community satisfaction from publicly provided services. In this study, an effort has been made to formulate an augmented index and by using survey data, application of this index on three public sector entities has been analyzed. Results show that this approach has the benefit of validating supply and demand side information and perceptions.

Health, one of the Fundamental Human Rights has been accepted in the Indian Constitution. Today the healthcare industry has emerged as one of the most challenging sectors as well as one of the largest service sector industries in India. Patient perceived service quality become the prominent aspect to choose between hospitals. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate patient perceived service quality in Indian hospitals. Further the impact of the dimensions on patient satisfaction and patient delight is examined. A questionnaire was administered to the in-patients and multiple regression analysis has been used to examine the impact of the dimensions on patient satisfaction and patient delight. Findings emphasize eight distinct dimensions of patient perceived service quality and the impact on patient satisfaction and patient delight. A positive and significant relationship with patient satisfaction and patient delight has been found, except two dimensions. The results of this study are limited, as they are based on Indian hospitals. The contribution of this research paper, incorporate patient delight in health care sector. In addition, this paper highlights the importance of emotional attachment for patient satisfaction and patient delight in health care.
Reduce Evaporation Losses from Water ReservoirsIOSR Journals
Evaporation suppression is the reduction of evaporation bycontrolling the rate at which water vapor escapes from water surfaces. The need for water saving is greatest in areas of little rainfall and low runoff. Water losses by evaporation from storage reservoirs must be minimized for greatest utility of limitedsupplies. Using trash of polyethylene with different densities (800, 875 and 900 kg/m3) as floating cover to the water filling cylindrical container with 8 cm diameter led to reduce the evaporation rate. A suitable trash density of 800 kg/m3 gave reduction in evaporation rate of 57% from the theoretical results calculated using equation (4) which is a good result if compared with previous researches
Idiosyncratic Effect of Corporate Solvency Management Strategies on Corporate...IOSR Journals
The study identifies and evaluates the association among corporate solvency management strategies and the corporate performance valuation in Chemical industry of Pakistan. The study uses purposive sampling or judgmental sampling for selecting 30 sample companies from the sector; covering 10 years financial statements data ranging from year 2002 to 2011. Balanced panel data is taken for the purpose of study. Levin, Lin & Chu test is used to check the stationarity of data whereas White Test is used to check the heteroskedasticity of data. Panel Least square technique with fixed effects is used to generalize the relationship between studied variables. The study observed that the performance of the chemical sector in terms of market to book value is affected by internal firm and industry specific factors related to solvency management strategic decisions. Findings of the study provide with the overview of historic performance and the potential performance of the selected sector to help policy makers including finance, economics and industry experts for creating value through the idiosyncratic resources.

Educational Setup by a Global Repute Company of Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh)...IOSR Journals
This report was carried out to divulge the main aspect of a company’s social responsibility towards the society, specifically the vicinity in which they are operating. The company has an industrial unit in a village of Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh) and has adopted the villages within 5kms of radius. The report provides an analysis and evaluation of current and prospective performance of students enrolled by the trust in a school started by them for the village students. The sample taken was of 55 students of two nearby villages. The method of analysis included questionnaires, interaction with the teachers, students, parents and the employees of the trust, along with that inspection was personally conducted to ensure no loopholes were there and its fixture if any. The findings suggest that the company has to follow some standard procedures to ensure regular attendance of these students enrolled by them. A regular check on the teachers needs to be maintained to match the educational standards expected, so as to fully ensure their responsibility towards the society. The results showed that the engagement of the students in their household chores left them with little time to attend school in case of girl students and various other factors affected the performance of the students overall.
Parametric Variation Based Analysis AND Effective Design of Rectangular Patch...IOSR Journals
Abstract : This paperdevelops an understanding of creating and improving the design of microstripantenna by the performance analysis of resultsfromitsvarious configurationsrelating to rectangular patch microstripantenna. Furthermore, itaccommodates a simulated patch antennawith effective results for bluetooth applicationsatafrequency of 2.4GHz. The proposed antenna is not only designed on the formulated calculations but also analyzed on different sizes, positions and orientations of substrate, feeding point and slots respectively. Propagation parameters are greatly improved by amendments suggested by the analysis of the variation based studies provided by this paper. The initial resultsobtained using formulae based designs are compared with the ameliorated results to illustrate the effects of such variations on antenna parameters. The final antenna show significantly improved return losses of -46.7dB, VSWR of 1.0093, Bandwidth of 180MHz and a far field radiation pattern with a gain of 2.2782dB. Evaluating Perceived Quality of B-School WebsitesIOSR Journals
Websites are a window for the world for looking in most of the Information and a gateway for many activities. Websites are not only a necessity but also mandatory for B-Schools. A B-School Website serves as portal to all stakeholders in addition to being an information placeholder. The Websites serves from being an administrative tool to a Learning Management system. The utility and the effectiveness of website depend on the quality of the service it provides to the surfer. A study was undertaken to survey the various features of a B-School Website that could serve as a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) touchstones. In addition, the influence of perceived quality on the user satisfaction was also studied. A focus group of B-School Students evaluated the Websites and scored a checklist cum questionnaire. The results highlight the most frequently found features and the least found features of a B-School Website. The factors that are important for creating a quality website are also found. This study will help the B-school administrators and the Website designers to create a quality and satisfying Websites.
Before January 2009, inpatient discharges were done through central discharges system at the ground floor of finance department. Effective January 2010 a new decentralise inpatient discharges system at wad level was implemented . Before the implementation of the new system, data were collected from July 2009 to December 2009 on the total number of feedback form received, number of complaint on hassle of discharge and complaint of long waiting time. After the implementation of the new system, the same data were collected from January to June 2010. The two set of data were compared to see the impact of the new discharge system. Further monitoring was done by collecting data for the first six month of 2011 and the first six month of 2012.Based on the data collected it was found that for a period of July to December 2009, 295 complaints on hassle of discharges and 46 complaints on long waiting time. For the period from January to June 2010, there was no complaint on the hassle of discharges but 38 complaints on the long waiting time. Further monitoring was done from January to June 2011 and it was found that there was no complaint on the hassle of discharges but complaints on the long waiting time had reduced to 8 cases. For the period from January to June 2012, there was no complaint about the hassle but only 6 cases on the long waiting time. Revenue of the hospital grows by 35% from year 2009 to 2012 and PBT grows by 250% from year 2009 to 2012.

This study explores the accounting values of Javanese traditional market and the potential extinction of those values that now are being marginalized by modern accounting. Modern accounting notions that only focus on economic value have lack meaning to a society whose need not only economic but also non economic value. This study uses grounded theory method to explore the Javanese traditional market values. This study found that tolerance which is consisted of hesitate and trust among traders in Javanese traditional market are the values that can be used in accounting as a concept to challenge the marginalization and domination of modern accounting notions.
With the emergence of supermarkets, kirana stores have been depleting day by day. Government is in the grave situation to decide whether to allow 50% FDI or not in the retail sector. There are certain retail outlets such as Walmart, Metro which are better in quality, cheaper in rates, and offering a range and variety of products under one roof. These malls have entered in India but they are into cash and carry business only and not in the multi brand retail sector. Many of them have entered through joint ventures. If government allow them to enter in India, it can be said that all the small shops and kirana stores will not be able to stand in the market. They cannot compete with them. Now the question arise how the kirana stores can be saved from these big giants in the market. It is the need of the hour today to save these kirana stores because in a developing country like India where the income of an average man is low, such types of small business can make them able to earn their living. The present research is an attempt to find out the weaknesses of kirana stores as compared to the malls and to find out the solutions for the betterment of the stores. The research is conducted on various kirana stores in Punjab. The study identifies the problems being faced by kirana merchants such as recovery of credit, inventory management, goodwill in terms of quality, low space, and lack of variety etc. But during the research it has been found out that there are certain areas where these kirana stores have an edge over the market such as emotional attachment with the customer, to fulfil the timely need of credit of the customer, easy availability etc. It is concluded that both kirana stores and malls are important to the Indian economy. FDI is important for the growth of the economy but it should come for the rescue of the existing business and not as a threat. Secondly government intervention is seeked to make improvements in the functioning of the kirana stores. If kirana stores starts using their strategic advantages to the optimum level, they can make can make their existence strong in the market.
Impact of Trade Associations on Entrepreneurial Traits in Nigeria’s Transport...IOSR Journals
The focus of this study is to determine the extent to which the roles of trade associations foster entrepreneurial traits in Nigeria’s road transport industry. This paper offers an analytical assessment of the contribution of trade associations towards development of entrepreneurial traits. To do this, the survey method was adopted for the study and questionnaires were used as data collection method. A random of one hundred and forty four (144) trade associations in Nigeria’s road transport industry were selected for the study out of a population of two hundred and twenty four (224) trade associations with seven hundred and twenty (720) respondents. For completeness, a sample of six hundred and fifty seven (657) related organizations (infinite population) were included in the study. Therefore a total of one thousand, three hundred and seventy seven (1377) questionnaires were used for the study. The data collected were measured in 5-point likert scale with a hypothesized mean of 3.00. data analysis revealed that overall mean scores of trade associations’ pro-competitive and anti-competitive roles on entrepreneurial traits were 1.9346 and 4.4188 respectively. The test of hypothesis using two sample z-test showed that the Z- calculated value for differences in the two mean scores was 216.0147 with significance probability of ˂ 0.0001 which is less than 0.05. Thus the test was significant at 5% level of significance (P˂0.05). We therefore reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis. Consequently we conclude that the effect of anticompetitive role is significantly higher than that of pro-competitive role of trade associations on the development of entrepreneurial traits in Nigeria’s transport industry

Abstract: A good number of scientist, engineers, laboratory or workshop users have lost their lives and the
lives of others due to accidents in the workshop caused by ignorance, neglect or carelessness. This paper focus
on the incident and prevalence rate of workshop and laboratory accidents in twenty (20) schools within Cross
River State, Nigeria. The investigation took place between January 2008 and December 2012 (a period of five
years). A total of 66 departments were investigated. The data was source with the help of the technologist and
head of Department of each of the schools. Based on these data, using descriptive analysis, multiple bar chart
and Trend analysis (Analysis of variance-SPSS) to show the growth and decline of laboratory or workshop
accidents across various departments over the years of study. The result revealed that the average number of
accidents occurred most in chemistry department; UNICAL and CRUTECH at 25 and 18 respectively, (table 1
and 2). And that of 18 secondary schools indicated that Bekwara Local Government Area was the highest
numbers of accidents (20.0) table 3, while Biase Local Government Area had the least (10.2), physics and
biology had recorded less accidents (table 3). In the two universities, computer/Maths statistic Department had
less laboratory accident due to not being exposed to heavy chemical. Hence, from this result, 40 workshop
safety and precautionary steps are release to avoid or minimize accidents in the laboratory or workshop towards
a healthy carrier.

A facile method to prepare CdO-Mn3O4 nanocompositeIOSR Journals
CdO-Mn3O4 nanocomposite has been prepared by a simple solvothermal method using a domestic microwave oven. Cadmium acetate, manganese acetate and urea were used as the precursors and ethylene glycol as the solvent. The as-prepared sample was annealed for 1 hour in each case at different temperatures, viz. 100, 200 and 300°C. The as-prepared and annealed samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopic analyses. Results indicate that annealing at 300°C is required to get the sample with high phase purity and homogeneity. The present study indicates that the method adopted can be considered as an economical and scalable one to prepare the proposed nanocomposite with reduced size, phase purity and homogeneity.
Analysis of the Demand for Eggs in City Of MalangIOSR Journals
This research was aimed at determining the factors that influence the demand for eggs in the City of Malang and knowing the elasticity of demand in relation to the changes in price of the eggs in the City of Malang. Data collection was conducted from November 2012 to December 2012 from the consumers who purchase eggs at the traditional markets in the City of Malang (Dinoyo market and Pasar Besar market). The research method being employed in this study was a survey method. Sampling was conducted through purposive sampling method. The data collected included the primary data from 200 respondents through direct observations and interviews and the secondary data that were obtained from certain relevant agencies. Data were then analyzed by using multiple linear regressions in logarithms. Regression analysis result showed that the independent variables together significantly affected (P < 0.01) the dependent variable with a value of R ² was 0.731. Partially that each of the prices of the eggs, household income, the family members, and education, affected the demand for eggs in the City of Malang. The price elasticity of demand for eggs is elastic with a value of -2.824. The value of the income elasticity of demand for eggs was 0.022 which was inelastic, which means that eggs are normal goods or commodity. The value of cross-price elasticity of demand for eggs to broiler meat was -4.451, which means that the broiler meat are not as substitutes (commodity) for eggs of egg-laying chickens.

The research aims to dig and explain the practice of Tri Hita Karana (THK) cultural values implemented at LPD in relation to the agency costs. Ethnomethodology method is used in the research to understand principle’s and agent’s behavior with respect to THK cultural values. Research result shows that indexicality of THK cultural values such as parahyangan, pawongan and palemahan form reflexivity of agency cost items. The reflexivity of agency cost of parahyangan raises cost of pura development, ceremonial and donation for ceremonies. The reflexivity of agency cost of pawongan raises cost of education, health, ngaben-nyekah and funeral charity. The reflexivity of agency cost of palemahan raises cost of market, village hall, and sport facilities development, and beach arrangement. THK values and agency cost are important aspects to be considered in company management in order to maintain a balance relationship between God, Human and Environment to create harmonization in an organization.
An EOQ Model for Weibull Deteriorating Items With Price Dependent DemandIOSR Journals
In the present paper we developed an economic order quantity model for Weibull deteriorating items with price dependent demand rate together with a replenishment policy for profit maximization. The demand rate is a continuous and differentiable function of price. The variable items deteriorate with time shortages are allowed and completely back-ordered. Further it is illustrated with the help of numerical examples.

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to find out pre-competition anxiety between national and state level
women athletes. Due to the fact that during competition athletes’ mental state greatly affects their stamina
explosion, which finally influence the result of final competition. Anxiety in sports is considered as an important
issue for many athletes. It refers to a sort of nervous and fear emotion formed by frustration of self-esteem and
self- confidence, or increasing of the sense of failure and guilty, which is resulted by the threat from being
unable to achieve goals or to overcome obstacles at the right time. For the purpose of the study the subjects
were selected randomly from 63rd State Athletic Championships of West Bengal to measure the pre-competition
anxiety by a questionnaire Sport Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT) developed by Rainer Marten. 25 national
level and 25 state level women athletes selected randomly from the said Athletic Championships. To find out
pre-competition anxiety between national level and state level women athletes ‘t’ test was applied. The result
showed that there was significant difference on pre-competition anxiety between national level and state level
women athletes. The national level women athletes had less pre-competition anxiety than the state level women
athletes.

Abstract: In the last two decades Zimbabwe suffered severe socioeconomic and political crisis. The crisis was
characterised by unprecedented rates of inflation which were exacerbated by political instability and economic
sanctions. The economic challenges led to severe brain drain of Zimbabwe health professionals. The elements of
a previously well maintained health care system severely deteriorated. Community health was therefore
seriously compromised. Now that Zimbabwe seem to be on the recovery path this article critiques, reviews and
justifies the potential contribution which sport and physical activity can make towards the achievement of
community healthy objectives in Zimbabwe in line with millennium development goal number six. The content
analysis and review identified that sport and physical activity can play a significant role in improving the health
of members of the Zimbabwean community. It is apparent from the review that Sport and physical activity can
help reduce the incidence of obesity, cardiovascular diseases, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, hypertension and many other
health problems bedevilling the Zimbabwean society today and hence contribute towards the achievement of
Millennium Development Goal number six.

The abrasive particulates on the cutting wheel influence the quality of cut. The surface finish, and the temperature raise during the cutting processes is governed by various parameters such as size of the particulates, its shape, roundness of edges at the particulates and strength of the bond between particulates and resins. The composite parting-off wheel is superior to that of commercial counterparts. A composite parting-off wheel was fabricated using powder metallurgy technique. The composite powders were prepared using an ingeniously designed and developed horizontal axis ball mill. The parting-wheel was able to cut metals bars such as aluminium, copper and mild steel with relative ease. It was found out that the mechanical properties such as compressive strength, hardness and tensile strength was better than conventional abrasive wheels. Optimal Generation of 254nm ultraviolet radiationIOSR Journals
Abstract: The science of the application of 254nm UV from mercury doped glow discharge tubes has been a major topic since Johann Ritter discovered UV via its chemical inducing reactions in 1801 and Niels Finsen’s 1860 work on UV therapy in treating rickets. In 1857 Siemens AG patented UV254nm creation via filamentary discharge, subsequently widely used for ozone production. By 1932 the Coblentz Congress had defined the three regions of the UV action spectrum. This paper presents the science of a new design for a sterilizer module fabricated from extruded, recycled aluminium. This novel design achieves better than D10 performance using six UV tubes per module driven by three electronic ballasts drawing a total current of only 1.26 amps at 240V single phase. This module delivers more than 45,000 microwatts per square centimetre of 254nm UV which sterilises one litre per second in a module with a dwell time of 1.6 seconds in a design with less than 0.5 bar pressure drop across each module. This system takes the electrical efficiency of 254 UV generation from less than 25% to more than 92% as measured by an NPL-traceable calibration against a current industry standard. Since 254nm UV generating tubes are also the basis of fluorescent lighting this new work on optimising the generation of 254nm UV also has application worldwide to improved efficiency of fluorescent tube electrical lighting, because we have shown that most of the fluorescent lamps operating today (particularly the T8 1” diameter) are running at less than 25% efficiency as opposed to the over 92% which is possible with the methods we describe. The work reported here shows that the Townsend equation for electron transport in glow discharge plasmas is not adequate since it does not address either plasma diameter or plasma drive frequency both of which fundamentally alter the electron energy transfer efficiencies to mercury atoms in the plasma.
REGIONAL PLANNING QUALITY IMPROVEMENT MODEL IN MEDAN CITYIAEME Publication
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that are thought to improve the quality of regional planning in the city of Medan. The population in this study were officials involved in the planning and budgeting process in each regional organization. Variables that are thought to influence the quality of development planning are planning capacity, assessment capacity and budget reform. Data analysis method uses PLS tools. The results showed that planning capacity and assessment capacity had a positive and significant impact on the quality of development planning. While budget reform does not have a significant effect on the quality of planning.
Educational Setup by a Global Repute Company of Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh)...IOSR Journals
This report was carried out to divulge the main aspect of a company’s social responsibility towards the society, specifically the vicinity in which they are operating. The company has an industrial unit in a village of Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh) and has adopted the villages within 5kms of radius. The report provides an analysis and evaluation of current and prospective performance of students enrolled by the trust in a school started by them for the village students. The sample taken was of 55 students of two nearby villages. The method of analysis included questionnaires, interaction with the teachers, students, parents and the employees of the trust, along with that inspection was personally conducted to ensure no loopholes were there and its fixture if any. The findings suggest that the company has to follow some standard procedures to ensure regular attendance of these students enrolled by them. A regular check on the teachers needs to be maintained to match the educational standards expected, so as to fully ensure their responsibility towards the society. The results showed that the engagement of the students in their household chores left them with little time to attend school in case of girl students and various other factors affected the performance of the students overall.
Parametric Variation Based Analysis AND Effective Design of Rectangular Patch...IOSR Journals
Abstract : This paperdevelops an understanding of creating and improving the design of microstripantenna by the performance analysis of resultsfromitsvarious configurationsrelating to rectangular patch microstripantenna. Furthermore, itaccommodates a simulated patch antennawith effective results for bluetooth applicationsatafrequency of 2.4GHz. The proposed antenna is not only designed on the formulated calculations but also analyzed on different sizes, positions and orientations of substrate, feeding point and slots respectively. Propagation parameters are greatly improved by amendments suggested by the analysis of the variation based studies provided by this paper. The initial resultsobtained using formulae based designs are compared with the ameliorated results to illustrate the effects of such variations on antenna parameters. The final antenna show significantly improved return losses of -46.7dB, VSWR of 1.0093, Bandwidth of 180MHz and a far field radiation pattern with a gain of 2.2782dB. Evaluating Perceived Quality of B-School WebsitesIOSR Journals
Websites are a window for the world for looking in most of the Information and a gateway for many activities. Websites are not only a necessity but also mandatory for B-Schools. A B-School Website serves as portal to all stakeholders in addition to being an information placeholder. The Websites serves from being an administrative tool to a Learning Management system. The utility and the effectiveness of website depend on the quality of the service it provides to the surfer. A study was undertaken to survey the various features of a B-School Website that could serve as a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) touchstones. In addition, the influence of perceived quality on the user satisfaction was also studied. A focus group of B-School Students evaluated the Websites and scored a checklist cum questionnaire. The results highlight the most frequently found features and the least found features of a B-School Website. The factors that are important for creating a quality website are also found. This study will help the B-school administrators and the Website designers to create a quality and satisfying Websites.
Before January 2009, inpatient discharges were done through central discharges system at the ground floor of finance department. Effective January 2010 a new decentralise inpatient discharges system at wad level was implemented . Before the implementation of the new system, data were collected from July 2009 to December 2009 on the total number of feedback form received, number of complaint on hassle of discharge and complaint of long waiting time. After the implementation of the new system, the same data were collected from January to June 2010. The two set of data were compared to see the impact of the new discharge system. Further monitoring was done by collecting data for the first six month of 2011 and the first six month of 2012.Based on the data collected it was found that for a period of July to December 2009, 295 complaints on hassle of discharges and 46 complaints on long waiting time. For the period from January to June 2010, there was no complaint on the hassle of discharges but 38 complaints on the long waiting time. Further monitoring was done from January to June 2011 and it was found that there was no complaint on the hassle of discharges but complaints on the long waiting time had reduced to 8 cases. For the period from January to June 2012, there was no complaint about the hassle but only 6 cases on the long waiting time. Revenue of the hospital grows by 35% from year 2009 to 2012 and PBT grows by 250% from year 2009 to 2012.

This study explores the accounting values of Javanese traditional market and the potential extinction of those values that now are being marginalized by modern accounting. Modern accounting notions that only focus on economic value have lack meaning to a society whose need not only economic but also non economic value. This study uses grounded theory method to explore the Javanese traditional market values. This study found that tolerance which is consisted of hesitate and trust among traders in Javanese traditional market are the values that can be used in accounting as a concept to challenge the marginalization and domination of modern accounting notions.
With the emergence of supermarkets, kirana stores have been depleting day by day. Government is in the grave situation to decide whether to allow 50% FDI or not in the retail sector. There are certain retail outlets such as Walmart, Metro which are better in quality, cheaper in rates, and offering a range and variety of products under one roof. These malls have entered in India but they are into cash and carry business only and not in the multi brand retail sector. Many of them have entered through joint ventures. If government allow them to enter in India, it can be said that all the small shops and kirana stores will not be able to stand in the market. They cannot compete with them. Now the question arise how the kirana stores can be saved from these big giants in the market. It is the need of the hour today to save these kirana stores because in a developing country like India where the income of an average man is low, such types of small business can make them able to earn their living. The present research is an attempt to find out the weaknesses of kirana stores as compared to the malls and to find out the solutions for the betterment of the stores. The research is conducted on various kirana stores in Punjab. The study identifies the problems being faced by kirana merchants such as recovery of credit, inventory management, goodwill in terms of quality, low space, and lack of variety etc. But during the research it has been found out that there are certain areas where these kirana stores have an edge over the market such as emotional attachment with the customer, to fulfil the timely need of credit of the customer, easy availability etc. It is concluded that both kirana stores and malls are important to the Indian economy. FDI is important for the growth of the economy but it should come for the rescue of the existing business and not as a threat. Secondly government intervention is seeked to make improvements in the functioning of the kirana stores. If kirana stores starts using their strategic advantages to the optimum level, they can make can make their existence strong in the market.
Impact of Trade Associations on Entrepreneurial Traits in Nigeria’s Transport...IOSR Journals
The focus of this study is to determine the extent to which the roles of trade associations foster entrepreneurial traits in Nigeria’s road transport industry. This paper offers an analytical assessment of the contribution of trade associations towards development of entrepreneurial traits. To do this, the survey method was adopted for the study and questionnaires were used as data collection method. A random of one hundred and forty four (144) trade associations in Nigeria’s road transport industry were selected for the study out of a population of two hundred and twenty four (224) trade associations with seven hundred and twenty (720) respondents. For completeness, a sample of six hundred and fifty seven (657) related organizations (infinite population) were included in the study. Therefore a total of one thousand, three hundred and seventy seven (1377) questionnaires were used for the study. The data collected were measured in 5-point likert scale with a hypothesized mean of 3.00. data analysis revealed that overall mean scores of trade associations’ pro-competitive and anti-competitive roles on entrepreneurial traits were 1.9346 and 4.4188 respectively. The test of hypothesis using two sample z-test showed that the Z- calculated value for differences in the two mean scores was 216.0147 with significance probability of ˂ 0.0001 which is less than 0.05. Thus the test was significant at 5% level of significance (P˂0.05). We therefore reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis. Consequently we conclude that the effect of anticompetitive role is significantly higher than that of pro-competitive role of trade associations on the development of entrepreneurial traits in Nigeria’s transport industry

Abstract: A good number of scientist, engineers, laboratory or workshop users have lost their lives and the
lives of others due to accidents in the workshop caused by ignorance, neglect or carelessness. This paper focus
on the incident and prevalence rate of workshop and laboratory accidents in twenty (20) schools within Cross
River State, Nigeria. The investigation took place between January 2008 and December 2012 (a period of five
years). A total of 66 departments were investigated. The data was source with the help of the technologist and
head of Department of each of the schools. Based on these data, using descriptive analysis, multiple bar chart
and Trend analysis (Analysis of variance-SPSS) to show the growth and decline of laboratory or workshop
accidents across various departments over the years of study. The result revealed that the average number of
accidents occurred most in chemistry department; UNICAL and CRUTECH at 25 and 18 respectively, (table 1
and 2). And that of 18 secondary schools indicated that Bekwara Local Government Area was the highest
numbers of accidents (20.0) table 3, while Biase Local Government Area had the least (10.2), physics and
biology had recorded less accidents (table 3). In the two universities, computer/Maths statistic Department had
less laboratory accident due to not being exposed to heavy chemical. Hence, from this result, 40 workshop
safety and precautionary steps are release to avoid or minimize accidents in the laboratory or workshop towards
a healthy carrier.

A facile method to prepare CdO-Mn3O4 nanocompositeIOSR Journals
CdO-Mn3O4 nanocomposite has been prepared by a simple solvothermal method using a domestic microwave oven. Cadmium acetate, manganese acetate and urea were used as the precursors and ethylene glycol as the solvent. The as-prepared sample was annealed for 1 hour in each case at different temperatures, viz. 100, 200 and 300°C. The as-prepared and annealed samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopic analyses. Results indicate that annealing at 300°C is required to get the sample with high phase purity and homogeneity. The present study indicates that the method adopted can be considered as an economical and scalable one to prepare the proposed nanocomposite with reduced size, phase purity and homogeneity.
Analysis of the Demand for Eggs in City Of MalangIOSR Journals
This research was aimed at determining the factors that influence the demand for eggs in the City of Malang and knowing the elasticity of demand in relation to the changes in price of the eggs in the City of Malang. Data collection was conducted from November 2012 to December 2012 from the consumers who purchase eggs at the traditional markets in the City of Malang (Dinoyo market and Pasar Besar market). The research method being employed in this study was a survey method. Sampling was conducted through purposive sampling method. The data collected included the primary data from 200 respondents through direct observations and interviews and the secondary data that were obtained from certain relevant agencies. Data were then analyzed by using multiple linear regressions in logarithms. Regression analysis result showed that the independent variables together significantly affected (P < 0.01) the dependent variable with a value of R ² was 0.731. Partially that each of the prices of the eggs, household income, the family members, and education, affected the demand for eggs in the City of Malang. The price elasticity of demand for eggs is elastic with a value of -2.824. The value of the income elasticity of demand for eggs was 0.022 which was inelastic, which means that eggs are normal goods or commodity. The value of cross-price elasticity of demand for eggs to broiler meat was -4.451, which means that the broiler meat are not as substitutes (commodity) for eggs of egg-laying chickens.

The research aims to dig and explain the practice of Tri Hita Karana (THK) cultural values implemented at LPD in relation to the agency costs. Ethnomethodology method is used in the research to understand principle’s and agent’s behavior with respect to THK cultural values. Research result shows that indexicality of THK cultural values such as parahyangan, pawongan and palemahan form reflexivity of agency cost items. The reflexivity of agency cost of parahyangan raises cost of pura development, ceremonial and donation for ceremonies. The reflexivity of agency cost of pawongan raises cost of education, health, ngaben-nyekah and funeral charity. The reflexivity of agency cost of palemahan raises cost of market, village hall, and sport facilities development, and beach arrangement. THK values and agency cost are important aspects to be considered in company management in order to maintain a balance relationship between God, Human and Environment to create harmonization in an organization.
An EOQ Model for Weibull Deteriorating Items With Price Dependent DemandIOSR Journals
In the present paper we developed an economic order quantity model for Weibull deteriorating items with price dependent demand rate together with a replenishment policy for profit maximization. The demand rate is a continuous and differentiable function of price. The variable items deteriorate with time shortages are allowed and completely back-ordered. Further it is illustrated with the help of numerical examples.

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to find out pre-competition anxiety between national and state level
women athletes. Due to the fact that during competition athletes’ mental state greatly affects their stamina
explosion, which finally influence the result of final competition. Anxiety in sports is considered as an important
issue for many athletes. It refers to a sort of nervous and fear emotion formed by frustration of self-esteem and
self- confidence, or increasing of the sense of failure and guilty, which is resulted by the threat from being
unable to achieve goals or to overcome obstacles at the right time. For the purpose of the study the subjects
were selected randomly from 63rd State Athletic Championships of West Bengal to measure the pre-competition
anxiety by a questionnaire Sport Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT) developed by Rainer Marten. 25 national
level and 25 state level women athletes selected randomly from the said Athletic Championships. To find out
pre-competition anxiety between national level and state level women athletes ‘t’ test was applied. The result
showed that there was significant difference on pre-competition anxiety between national level and state level
women athletes. The national level women athletes had less pre-competition anxiety than the state level women
athletes.

Abstract: In the last two decades Zimbabwe suffered severe socioeconomic and political crisis. The crisis was
characterised by unprecedented rates of inflation which were exacerbated by political instability and economic
sanctions. The economic challenges led to severe brain drain of Zimbabwe health professionals. The elements of
a previously well maintained health care system severely deteriorated. Community health was therefore
seriously compromised. Now that Zimbabwe seem to be on the recovery path this article critiques, reviews and
justifies the potential contribution which sport and physical activity can make towards the achievement of
community healthy objectives in Zimbabwe in line with millennium development goal number six. The content
analysis and review identified that sport and physical activity can play a significant role in improving the health
of members of the Zimbabwean community. It is apparent from the review that Sport and physical activity can
help reduce the incidence of obesity, cardiovascular diseases, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, hypertension and many other
health problems bedevilling the Zimbabwean society today and hence contribute towards the achievement of
Millennium Development Goal number six.

The abrasive particulates on the cutting wheel influence the quality of cut. The surface finish, and the temperature raise during the cutting processes is governed by various parameters such as size of the particulates, its shape, roundness of edges at the particulates and strength of the bond between particulates and resins. The composite parting-off wheel is superior to that of commercial counterparts. A composite parting-off wheel was fabricated using powder metallurgy technique. The composite powders were prepared using an ingeniously designed and developed horizontal axis ball mill. The parting-wheel was able to cut metals bars such as aluminium, copper and mild steel with relative ease. It was found out that the mechanical properties such as compressive strength, hardness and tensile strength was better than conventional abrasive wheels. Abstract: The science of the application of 254nm UV from mercury doped glow discharge tubes has been a major topic since Johann Ritter discovered UV via its chemical inducing reactions in 1801 and Niels Finsen’s 1860 work on UV therapy in treating rickets. In 1857 Siemens AG patented UV254nm creation via filamentary discharge, subsequently widely used for ozone production. By 1932 the Coblentz Congress had defined the three regions of the UV action spectrum. This paper presents the science of a new design for a sterilizer module fabricated from extruded, recycled aluminium. This novel design achieves better than D10 performance using six UV tubes per module driven by three electronic ballasts drawing a total current of only 1.26 amps at 240V single phase. This module delivers more than 45,000 microwatts per square centimetre of 254nm UV which sterilises one litre per second in a module with a dwell time of 1.6 seconds in a design with less than 0.5 bar pressure drop across each module. This system takes the electrical efficiency of 254 UV generation from less than 25% to more than 92% as measured by an NPL-traceable calibration against a current industry standard. This study aims to analyze the effect of the human development
index and financial performance on accountability through
transparency of the Indonesian government. The main theory
used in this research is Institutional Theory, supported by
Stakeholder Theory, and Agency Theory. A purposive sampling
technique was used in this study, then the final sample was 330
from the number of provinces in Indonesia for the category
Indonesian open budget transparency within 10 years, data was
obtained by grouping through a method of Internet search from
government websites and the Central Bureau of Statistics in
Indonesia. Collected data were processed with the use of tool
analysis descriptive quantitatively using the SEM method. The
results of this study found that Human Development Index and
General Allocation Fund had a significant effect, while Original
Local Government Revenue did not have a significant effect on
accountability through transparency, this research became a

which tend to overlook management-based perspective. Hence, this study aims to
analyze performance measurement that can contribute to improve performance in the
frame of management-based. The study was conducted in qualitative approach and
focused on government agencies in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Data
collection techniques used were interview, observations and document study. The
result of this research is providing alternative performance measurement model not
only for the provincial government of South Sulawesi but also for other local
governments.

ABSTRACT: This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of human resource quality, good
governance and internal control systems on the financial performance of the Denpasar City government. The
sample in this study was the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Denpasar City totaling 32 OPDs. The
sampling method used was nonpropability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data was collected
by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents and observing non-participants. The data analysis technique
used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources,
good governance and internal control systems on the financial performance of the Denpasar City Government
have a positive effect.

Performance measurement is used as a basis for assessing the success and failure of implementing activities. Quality human resources affect the performance of each auditor. Quality of supervision must fulfill criterion under regulations is required. The research objective was to test whether responsibility, independence, expertise, and compliance with the code of ethics affected the inspectorate auditors performance in regional governments in East Java. Research data collection was carried out by the survey method by the snowball method to distribute questionnaires to respondents. Forty seven filled questionnaires were analyzed using partial least squares. There are four hypotheses tested. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of responsibility, independence, competence, and compliance on the regional inspectorate auditors performance. Auditors who comply with the code of ethics can increase auditor professionalism. The higher the professionalism, the better the auditor can consider finding possible deviations. The research implication is that adherence to the established standards improves the quality of audit performance. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to enhance competence and compliance with the auditing apparatus standards to produce quality regional financial statements. GJovernments have employed measures of agency since the 1940s (Mikesell, 1995).
Recently, there has been a renewed emphasis on institutionalizing this tool (Gore,
1993; Governmental Accounting Standards Board, 1990; Osborne & Plastrik, 1997).
Unlike any of the previous performance measurement reforms, however, this new
effort is mainly a response to external pressures from elected officials, citizens, and
service clients for management results and accountability rather than an internal man-

Despite this shift of focus in performance measurement, critical questions in using
citizen evaluations have not been addressed in the public management literature. The
literature focuses almost exclusively on anecdotal discussions regarding the utilities of

This paper examined relationship between civil service administration and effective service delivery in Rivers State, Nigeria. A correlational research design was adopted for the study. The population for the study comprised of all the civil service administrative staff in Rivers State secretariat. A sample random sampling technique was used to select 80 respondents. The research instruments for this study were questionnaire titled Civil Service Administration Scale CSAS and Effective Service Delivery Scale ESDS . The instruments items were designed and validated by the researcher using Cronbach Alpha reliability statistics to calculate the reliability coefficients of the two instruments. The reliability coefficients of Civil Service Administration Scale and Effective Service Delivery Scale are 0.85 and 0.81 respectively. The findings revealed that there is significant relationship between the role of civil service administration and effective service delivery in River State. Also, there is a significant relationship between improvement in civil service administration and effective service delivery in River State. Based on the findings, it was recommended among others that Rivers State Civil Service Administrators should ensure that their roles and duties under the Public Service Act are upheld and are not subject to political interference on decision of public activities. It should be made clear that the politicians by no means allowed to be a part of project processes it is often the case that the politicians imply instructs the public managers on how projects should be done. Therefore, there should be no interference with the establishment of public projects, so as to ensure effective service delivery in the state. ABSTRACT: E-government initiatives have become increasingly popular as a means of improving public
service delivery and citizen engagement. However, there is a need for a comprehensive understanding of the
effectiveness of e-government initiatives and the factors that influence their success. This literature review aims
to synthesize empirical studies published between 2010 and 2021 on the effectiveness of e-government
initiatives in improving public service delivery. The review identified 42 studies that examined various aspects
of e-government initiatives, such as access to services, service quality, citizen satisfaction, trust, participation,
and impact on governance. The review found that e-government initiatives have the potential to improve public
service delivery by enhancing access, quality, and citizen engagement. However, the success of e-government
initiatives depends on several factors, such as adequate infrastructure and resources, effective governance and
leadership, stakeholder involvement and collaboration, and user-centered design and evaluation. The review also
identified several challenges and barriers to the implementation of e-government initiatives, such as digital
divide, data privacy and security, legal and regulatory frameworks, and citizen resistance and skepticism. The
review suggests the need for more research that adopts interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral approaches and
attends to the ethical and social implications of e-government initiatives. This review provides insights into the
current state of knowledge on e-government initiatives and their impact on public service delivery.

In Kenya, the newly promulgated constitution of 2010 (CoK, 2010), provides the basis of monitoring and evaluation as an important tool for operationalizing National and County Government projects to ensure projects success, integrity, transparency and accountability. The county governments are responsible for delivering basic services in collaboration with other agencies and partners to enhance quality of life: however, the county government projects has been marred by lack of integrity, transparency, accountability and litany of other monitoring and evaluation weakness which has undermined the impacts and success of projects including Regional Economic Blocs. Lake Region Economic Bloc (LREB) which comprised of fourteen counties bordering Lake Victoria Basin is not sparred either. The study was conducted in six LREB Counties namely, Migori, Homabay, Kisumu, Siaya, Kakamega and Vihiga chosen in a random manner. This study specifically assessed the effectiveness of Monitoring and Evaluation methods on the Performance of County Governments Projects. The study was guided by the theory of change. The research was carried out using descriptive survey design which entails both qualitative and quantitative data collection procedures. The researcher used stratified random sampling techniques to draw a sample from the study population. The qualitative method focused on group discussion and in-depth interviews. The quantitative techniques employed questionnaires to 398 purposively selected subjects from the county projects. Data collection was from two main sources; primary and secondary. Secondary sources included relevant county documents, constitution, legislations, policy documents and reports among others. The Study employed questionnaires, Focus group discussion and Interview guide as its primary data collection method. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 18.0 was used for analysis. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics techniques and presented in tables and figures. The study findings indicated thatM&E methods, indicated by the coefficient of effectiveness (R2) which is also evidenced by F change 109.403>p-values (0.05). This implies that this variableis significant (since the p values<0.05) and therefore should be considered as part of effectiveness of M&E systems on the performance of County Governments projects. The study concludes that there are no effective and adequate projects monitoring and evaluation methods in place for County Government Projects, which can facilitate the achievement of desired projects performance and outcomes. The study recommends that the County Government should develop a clear M&E methods for each project with clear data collection, analysis, reporting and implementation methods. This Study recommends further research to be conducted in the other Regional County Economic Blocs.

Abstract: The main problem in this study is the service quality in the Department of Population and Civil
Registration Jakarta is considered optimal. Bureaucratic behavior, presumably as a result of poor planning
and oversight that cannot be implemented properly. The purpose of this research is to gain any influence
planning on the bureaucratic behavior, monitoring on bureaucratic behavior, and the influence of bureaucratic
behavior on the service quality and to obtain a new concept for the development of science and useful and can
be applied in the community, especially in the Department of Population and Civil Jakarta. The method used in
this study is non-experimental survey method with sampling Stratified Random Sampling. Technical analysis is
the data used path analysis. Test the validity of the instrument using the Pearson correlation test product
moment and reliability of the instrument using Cronbach alpha The results showed that the positive effect the
planning on the bureaucracy behavior, oversight positive effect controlling on the behavior of bureaucracy and
positive effect bureaucratic behavior on service quality. The findings in this study are not routinely conducted
surveillance dimension thus potentially deviant bureaucracy behavior is not optimal to improve the service
quality. The implications of this research are bureaucratic behavior is important in improving Service quality.

I. Introduction
In Indonesia, the perception of civil registration certificate is no more seen as a validation function,
while in other countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, civil registration certificate is a record of important events
of one's life, such as birth, marriage, and death [1]. By pooling over the Internet on service quality in Population
and Civil Registration Department Jakarta produce very satisfactory answer = 10, satisfied = 25; unsatisfactory=
45, and very unsatisfactory = 138.
Based on a survey conducted on the public a glimpse of the Department of Population and Civil
Registration Jakarta . Some of the complaints received from the public to the institution performance in 2012 is
known in the following table:

The above data show that the service quality of the Department of Population and Civil Registration
Jakarta is still low. This condition is thought to be a result of the bureaucracy behavior of the government and
the poor tend to deviate from its function as a public servant. In addition, factors of planning and controlling
oversight have not well. For satisfaction, service quality is very important for well managed and a level of
excellence to meet the wishes of consumers [2]. Weterson [3], suggests that the essence of planning is an
organized effort to consciously and continuously conducted to select the best alternative from a number of
alternatives to achieve a certain goal. On the other side, the planning is application of rational of human
knowledge of the decision making process which acts as the basis of human behavior.

Mathis and Jackson [4], states that supervision is a process of monitoring employee performance based
standards to measure performance, ensuring the quality of information retrieval performance assessment and
feedback that can be communicated to the achievements of employees. Maringan [5] stated purpose of
supervision is to prevent and correct errors, irregularities, discrepancies in the implementation of the tasks
performed and for the implementation in accordance with a predetermined plan. Previous research studies
related to the assessment of the services quality of public sector namely Wisniewski [6]; Rowley [7]; Brysland
[8]; Kokku [9]; Munhurrun, [10]; But the result is there is a difference. Some claimed the quality of managed
care with good planning and supervision of research include Kokku et al, than some are not successful because
of the planning and supervision of them less optimal results Munhurrun et al. Differences in previous research
results will be important to examine in the Department of Population an Civil Registry DKI Jakarta. The
purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of the planning and controlling oversight of bureaucratic behavior
in improving the quality of service on the Department of Population and Civil Registry Office of DKI Jakarta.
II. Literature Review
2.1. Planning Concept
Robbins and Coulter [11] states that the management functions are planning, organizing, leadership,
and supervision. Planning as a tool to measure or standard to conduct monitoring and evaluation. Bintoro [12]
states that planning is the process of preparing activities that will be carried out systematically in order to
achieve certain goals. In planning basically is setting goals, and strategies that will be used to develop the plan
for the coordination of activities. (13).
2.2. Controlling Concept
A control can be said to be good if it has the characteristics of an organizational structure in which
there is separation of functional responsibilities that suit your needs including authorization procedures and
records appropriate to allow a reasonable control [14]. Kontz and O'Donnell [15] states that the supervision and
planning closely related.

2.3. Bureaucratic Behavior concept
Bureaucratic behavior is underlying value citizenships, social justice, equity, ethics, responsibility,
patriotism, openness is the real essence of administration public [18]. Hersey and Blanchard [19] suggests that
to predict behavior that is reflected in the bureaucracy activities, or the need to know one's motives in his work.
Gibson, Ivancevich, Donnelly [20] states that bureaucratic behavior is an interaction between the individuals in
the organization, because of bureaucratic behavior is determined by the individual functions within the
organization.
2.4. Service Quality concept
Research on service quality has a lot to do with various aspects of multidimensional since long and has
been developed by Gro¨nroos [21]; Berry [22]; Parasuraman [23]; Brady [24]. The service quality concept has
been debated since not match the multidimensional situation throughout the country [25]. They argue that in
order to cope with the multidimensional aspect of service quality should be explored further. Measurement of
service quality problems in some services sectors have been explored by researchers such as Parasuraman [26];
Koelemeijer, [27]; Vandamme [28]; Parasuraman [29]. Framework for measuring the service quality dimensions
of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy conducted by Parasuraman [30]
III. Research Methods.
3. 1. Research design
This study is non-experimental, or research method called explanatory survey method, is a research
method that is used to explain the phenomenon that was the problem [31]. In addition to describing and
explaining the empirical facts encountered in the field, also the effect analyzed of one variable with another
variable, in this study using a quantitative approach as the main element. Because of the problems between the
studied variables have a causal relationship and the relationship is the effect, then the analysis is a statistical test
used path analysis. Descriptive research is research that aims to gain an overview of the level of influence the

3.2. Data Analysis Techniques
The technique used in this research is the Path Analysis. The population used in this study is the public
who have service obtained The Population and Registry at the Provincial level, city, sub-districts and villages.
With the following composition:
1. People who have been getting services at the provincial level: 9.
2. People who have earned service at the city level: 45
3. People who have been getting services at the district level 54.
4. People who have been getting services the village level: 317.
Sampling technique using "stratified random sampling" is a sampling technique by levels. The meaning of this
level is the structural and consists of: the provincial level, city level, district level and village level. At each the
population level taken as many as 19% [32]. Having taken 19 percent of each level the population, the total
sample of 80 people. Before instrument disseminated research, performed research instrument first try out (test)
against 30 respondents in order to check the reliability and validity, the results of which are qualified research
instrument to proceed.

of Indonesian citizens and foreigners, with the types of services as follows:

Based on the analysis starts from correlation coefficient value to determine degree of influence is
known that the initial concept of the influence planning on the bureaucratic behavior has been proven, but is
relatively small value. Similarly, the effect of controlling on bureaucratic behavior known influential relatively
small. Occurred influence relatively large on the bureaucracy behavior to service quality.

4.3. Discussion of Results
Based on the analysis results can be known each characteristics variables and relationships between
variables and influences. Characteristics of each variable can be expressed as follows: The relationship between
variables in pathways according to the model was obtained following descriptive:
4.3.1. Influence Planning on Controlling.
Linearity regression analysis results prove that the two variables form the regression equation 2X

72,09 + 0,42 X1 with a significant rate of regression. Linearity test proved that both variable linear with
acceptable levels of significance. Thus the two data variables as having a relationship with nature, which means
that any increase in plan then followed by a rise in the value of surveillance. Value of strength of the correlation
between the variables 0.5986, this value gives the sense that the degree of closeness of the relationship between
planning and control is being and has the power relations by 59.86%. This value has been tested with levels
showed a significant correlation. The level of influence the planning of the supervision was not found because
there is no direct influence. Based on the model, planning to supervision by other variables, the indirect effect is
nil. Results of the analysis and opinion of the author that the planning and supervision have alignment (like two

sides of a coin), it can be seen that the planning has relationships with supervision. Planning and supervision are
the two sides that are related but have different roles, each has its own role in producing a value.
4.3.2. Influence Planning on Behavior Bureaucracy.

service quality is strong and has a power relations 55.97%. This value has been tested with levels showed a
significant correlation. The high impact bureaucratic behavior on service quality can be explained that the level
of professionalism of employees sufficient, so service quality into something alien to the civil registry office
employees deed. Bureaucratic behavior that is reflected through the attitude of government officials to the
people who need the service to achieve service quality keywords. This is certainly supported by caring staff to
serve society.
4.3.5. . Influence Planning on Service Quality

the bureaucracy behavior.
V. Conclusion.
Indicators from planning is objectives, policies, procedures, evaluation, and program planning has
established good that fact significant effect planning on the bureaucracy behavior in achieving service quality.
While the policies, regulations, and procedures have been established oversight inherent in the facts that
significantly influence bureaucracy behavior in the delivery of service quality to the people who need care in
Population and Civil Registration Office. While fairness, caring, discipline, sensitivity, and responsibility have
established bureaucracy that has proven to have a significant effect on service quality. Based on these
conclusions, the researchers can develop a design concept that the planning and oversight of bureaucratic
behavior determines the realization service quality of expected by the community.
