NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It is a psychological model used to improve communication skills and achieve results with learners. NLP was developed in the 1970s by studying the behaviors of excellent communicators. Teachers, trainers, and other communicators use NLP techniques in the classroom to create rapport with students and help put them in the right state for learning through anchors and calibrating behaviors. NLP focuses on language patterns, body language, voice, and eye movements to enhance communication and teaching.
