– Négocier les objectifs, gérer les réunions, établir les comptes-rendus et répartir le travail
• Semaine 4 : Outils avancés de gestion de projet :
– Conception, planification, budget ... Introduction aux méthodes agiles

• 8 – 13 millions €/year
But value creation is not benefit !
This is why venture firms have problems with MOOCs while European universities are
developing them on : benefit first / value creation first.

– OER “Open” means :
• freely re-usable (4 freedoms : re-use, remix, sell, modify & redistribute ...)
– MOOC “Open” means :
• wider audience: enrolment is open to all

– Videos are often hyped .. and the rest is overlooked
• Quizze, case studies, platform engineering..
– Is active data open?
• Posts in discussion thread
• Posts on external social networks (Facebook..)
• Work submitted in advanced track (Plagiarism detection)
• Our 3 research surveys ..
